I think their media, presuming he recovers, is going with both some physical- but more importantly mental- problems related to low O2 levels during the "episodes." The keep pushing on "supplemental oxygen" questions and O2 when they were preempting BLMNFL pre-game.

Meanwhile you can buy Oxygen canisters at the booze store promoted as 'giving you energy' and football players often use it. As do so many of the electorate if you go to certain neighborhoods or retirement places. Or people in the hospital for various reasons. Not that this is a good thing but also many people, including some radio hosts, need "CPAP" machines to aid breathing when sleeping. Given his size it would not surprise me if Trump was on one also except that their press hasn't seized on it in a dire headline, so I guess not.

I think it’s hard for people who voted for them to admit they were duped. I don’t why it’s so much harder for them. I will fully admit to being duped by both the Clintons and Obama. It happens but you try to learn from your mistakes and move on. It used to be that we didn’t get to find out the real backstory on our political leaders until they were long dead but things happen much faster now and often we’re discovering these details in real time. This can and should be a boon to average citizens in shaping their own destiny but you can see how uncomfortable this notion is making the elite class now. The struggle is real.
