Yes, the KIYQ (catchy Logo, too) website has been promoting the Hoagie show ("Coming Soon...one of the greatest on-air hosts") for days.

I'm listening to a somewhat Sean Connery-sounding Egyptology guy talk soothingly about.....Egypt, I think.

I give Hoagie 4 months on that station ..and it will be all over again,,,hahaha

Is that all ya got, Zeebo? :o  There had got to be more.  There's just gotta be. :'(

I need an emoticon for shaking my head while looking down and sniffling.

Hey, it's a 100 watt flame-thrower of a station!  Hoagie doesn't need a lot of watts when he's got Internet Streaming AND HD torsion-power!

Maybe it's election-fatigue, but I'm looking forward to hearing some new Hoagie shows.  I'm not paying anything for them, so what the heck.

One funny thing about the new station's site, it has a link to a "Presidential Betting Line".  It's Vegas, baby!

this is not the same Wolfman that calls Heather sometimes,

...partial quote from the article about him in that link:
*The Wolfman Jack story began in 1949, when radio reached out to a troubled youngster named Bob Smith.
As the Fifties arrived and rock 'n' roll music found its way into suburban America, Smith imagined himself behind the mic,
spinning the turntables, and taming that jive DJ talk.
His over-the-air heroes, black and black-influenced DJs like Dr. Jive, Jocky Jack, Professor Bob, Sugar Daddy,
and others spoke to him, taking him to a secret place -- away from the pain of still growing up -- off into a world of music
unlike anything his family could understand.*

Oh yeah.  My bro loved the Wolfman and he'd turn him on all of the time in the early 70's.  The Wolfman was a fixture on our radio for a number of years.
