Cold turkey and mustard; there's nothing else that makes me feel more manly!  :)

Ooooh I never tried that. Definitely manly. Nothing like a bit of cold turkey with some bite  8)

QuoteSorry; I guess I'm not very bright, but I'm just having trouble thinking of anything that could be "WAY worse" than being fed to a woodchipper.

Actually, I guess there is probably one thing I can think of that's "WAY worse" than being fed into a woodchipper - being fed into a woodchipper while being forced to listen to George Noory hosting C2C.

I seen a guy get a chainsaw to the throat. It was Latin American gang violence.
Looked real nasty. The internet is a bad place.

Well, first off, the original poster said there was stuff on here like that.  Not on GLP, which I've heard of, but don't visit.

Second, please give me one example of someone on GLP, or here, or anywhere, suggesting a fate that could be "WAY worse" than being fed into a woodchipper.

Sorry; I guess I'm not very bright, but I'm just having trouble thinking of anything that could be "WAY worse" than being fed to a woodchipper.  So please give me some examples.

Maybe my post wasn't clear enough.. My point was that I didn't think the woodchipper comment was that big of a deal. I've seen way worse online, so don't think that is worth getting the federal gov't involved.. but I don't know the context in which it was written. Who wrote it, why, did they later try to do it..

In addition, I can only give thoughts on things said on here since Art went off the air. I haven't read every post, but I've read quite enough.

Unless somebody threatened to do personal harm to Art or his family, or to a BellGab poster, then no. I guess one could say nothing here is "WAY worse" than a comment about woodchippers. (Did you make this comment? Am I basically here to help you clear your conscience? ;) )

I am not comfortable with some of the comments made on here, directed towards Art.  That is true enough.  But I also know that I'm not alone in that. Think of me what you will.

Right.  There are a great many horrible ways to die.  Including being fed into a woodchipper.  But I can't think of any that would be worse, let alone any that would be so bad that being fed into a woodchipper would "pale in comparison."

Why can't people just say that that was a completely fucking asinine comment, the stupidest fucking comment ever posted here, and probably one of the stupidest fucking comments in the history of the internet?

Cold turkey on white, with lettuce and mayo.

But my favorite is cold pizza. More specifically a couple days old cold pizza... tasty!  :P
Although I've heard people suggest leftover pizza reheated in a toaster oven is spot on.
Yet to try that though. Would need a toaster oven first and I'm in no hurry to buy one nor have any urge to appear on The Price is Right to win one  ;D
Yay!  Cold pizza ... way back in the day, what a delightful way to start the morning/noon meal after a night of partying (Edit:  Can't forget that we drank warm coke with it also).  In-fact, it sounds good right now, decades later (and without the night before partying!)  --   8)

I subscribe to a lot of them - MITD, Diane Rehm, Red Ice, Hagmann and Hagmann, Kunstlercast, C2C (guest hosts), Entrepreneur on Fire, Smart Passive Income, This American Life, Clyde Lewis, etc.

You forgot Poland.

Juan

Bob Lazar.  He went outside at least once.

Don't you think if someone wanted to pay someone to troll Bellgab, they'd hire someone who has some idea of what the hell he's doing?

No.

My dad said when he was in college his breakfast would often consist of cold pizza and warm beer that was all left out from the night before.

This is why BellGab is such a great place because it should be obvious even to the hundreds of daily lurkers, who don't bother creating an account or posting (come on lurkers! come join the fun), that everyone is able to share their views and opinions, even those contradictory to the majority.

Oh, you're adorable. Don't ever change; I mean that sincerely.

I don't know which is more manly; but one has made a bit of fame from talking about UFO's and aliens, and the other one has made a bit of fame talking about UFO's and aliens.

Why thank you kindly, ge30542. BTW is your username the part number for a transistor used in an old HP power supply? Inquiring minds want to know.  ;)
