George Noory Sucks! - The Definitive Compendium

Can Noory pronounce anything correctly?

No

It really is a frustrating dilemma. A show like C2C is so important being the only forum really available for this type of info, or at least with such wide distribution.

Do yourself a favor and never use C2C as a source for anything. Question all of it.

I hate the fact that George advertises Coast as "a search for the truth". That really gets under my skin.

Just FYI - odd-toed ungulates are animals with hooves - like horses.

So simple even a veterinarian would know that an odd-toed ungulate would be a Yeti horse - oh, wait... Ketchum is a veterinarian  :'(

Let's move on, shall we?

I'm on my way to what I'm sure will be an extremely stressful work day so I've printed out these three sentences to slip under my keyboard.
I know I'm going to be glancing at that piece of paper and smiling no matter what happens.
Thank you HAL for helping me get through this day.  :)

Snoory just dumped the first guest and his response was "OH WELL"

...It sounded like Linda was in love.

I was thinking the same thing about LMH.  There was definitely something different about her.  A pep in her step.  I was really hoping she was going to tear into Melba Ketchum's DNA scam, but Linda played it straight.  Was that first guest dropped?  I thought it odd that George made no effort to reconnect with him (not even a mention of the guy on the c2c website).  The line goes dead, George says "oh, well," and goes right to Robert Hazen, who seemed pretty cool, and was able to answer George's deep probing questions like, "did the earth catch the moon or did it pop out of the earth?" and "why is everything round?"  It's like Romper Room with him.  And what happened to E-foods direct?  He's going with some other food folks now, but he said we could trust him about the E-foods direct people, but I suppose not anymore.  Tricky George.

The origins of George's shout outs?

That new food must be truly awesome, since I've heard George state flat out that E-Foods was the best food he's ever eaten.

And since Ma Noory stays up and listens every night - then calls him to go over it, well, the stuff had really better be all that to be publicly placed higher than mom's homemade.

Unless he's just a shill that would say anything for a dollar, and she knows it..

he also prefers convenience store sandwiches, so I don;lt know how much store to put in his taste buds. I wonder if on special occasions George buys vending machine sandwiches for that "just like Mom made" taste.

I think I'll just stick with pizza rolls.

First guest unceremoniously dropped: This happens so frequently, and George's response is always so obnoxiously unprofessional, I want to reach through the radio and throttle his flabby neck and demand an explanation. It's moments like this he stops being an inept oaf and becomes a full-stop dickheaded tool.

Robert Hazen: George again asks so many ignorant questions which any fourth grader should know, or which could be resolved after a five-minute "show prep" trip to Wikipedia. Noory seems to think the earth is as old as the universe, i.e. he thinks the universe is 4.5 billion years old, and seemed to be flummoxed when Hazen mention longer time spans, unable to appreciate that the earth is a part of the Universe, not the whole of it. Similarly he asked the showstopper of the night, more or less "Why did the earth take so long to form?" Huh, good question.

Just more of the "Why is the sky blue?"  ::)   I've heard of a "man-child" but Jorch is a "man-toddler."  Has Tommy contracted-out the 3x5 card writing to a pre-school so he can have more donut breaks?

Juan

I'm so happy to learn that "a noory" and "to noory" are recognized words.  I intend to use them.

CrabbyOld Bat

Just now catching up after taking a brief C2C-free hiatus.

Hmm. Snorge dumping a guest without explanation...Snorge doing a crappy job of interviewing...Joshua P. Warren scheduled for tonight to eat up time so Snorge won't have to take a full 4 hours of his greatest fear: open lines, where a hater might slip through or someone might actually ask him a question that requires serious thought and a cognizant response... Okay, so everything is staus quo, I didn't miss a thing.

Snorge sucks.

I'm going to assume this has already been posted (and apologizes if it has).  But, if not...

I just tried 'What does the internet think" of Art Bell and it's 83.7% positive.  Quite a contrast!

I'm sure Jorch must feel much better that only 84% think he's a negative vs. almost 100%.   ;D

Usagi

Only 16.% of the interwebs thinks negatively about Art, apparently.  I'm not sure what the methodology for this is, but the George Noory 99.4% negative is based on 17k+ hits!

That's for sure.  The majority of C2C guests are either hucksters or delusional.  Looking for the "truth" on Coast to Coast AM is like looking for filet mignon in a trash dumpster behind Taco Bell.

Hahahahah.... 17k+ hits.  There's still hope.

Noory is less popular than Monsanto which is 98.4% negative (Noory 99.4%)

Noory is less popular than death (39.3% negative)

Sadam Hussien is 99.7% negative (Noory 99.4%)

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad only 42.6% negative

Adolf Hitler 32.6% negative (that's scary by itself)

Of course this isn't quite fair since George's listeners don't have computers.

Statistics often need to be adjusted to correct for sampling error, and doing that would bring George's negatives down from the 99.4% to approximately 99.2%

Great finds.  ;D   Wow... Saddam and Jorch share more than just looking similar.  I hope Saddam wasn't a victim of misplaced displeasure.

Might actually tune in to the show tonight. Joshua Warren is on and I always thought he was interesting. A shame Noory has to be on though.

An unmistakable trend, as of late.

For the record, it`s my belief that there`s nothing wrong with airing controversial subjects from time to time -- that`s part of the (former?) charm of Coast. However it`s incumbent upon the host to probe all angles and possibilities while, hopefully, not coming across as overtly confrontational.
And just because Jorch sucks as a host and can't even begin to pose a challenging question doesn't diminish a topic's viability.

Jorch's usual position:

El Kragen

I just looked over the news feed on Facebook and saw a post from C2C soliciting votes for some girl in a bikini tanning competition. My first thought was WTF is going on over there. I read it quick and it definitely wasn't a spam or hacked thing.  I went back to read the comments but it was deleted with the quickness. The only thing I caught was in the side ticker:

Coast to Coast AM
Hey folks, a C2C listener is up for a major tanning contest. Vot...

lol I can see vanilla sNoory freaking out at Tommy for posting it.
