Well, you're still going on and on.

It's a very strict diet that keeps me going.  A Paleo diet supplemented with thrice daily Viagra/Cialis martinis.  Keeps you going while everyone around you is winding down.

This seems like a nice, quiet place to catch up on some sleep. Thanks JBW!

JBW is selling banner ad space and on the CTM website.  So far, there haven't been any takers so, if you act now, you can be the first to have the eyeballs of the World on you!  He's also offering to do "On-Air Product Endorsement on his podcast or his mythical "Nationally Syndicated Radio Show."

Also, those CTM beanies must be selling like happy pancakes, because they're the "Recommended Product of The Month" yet again.  The Ark Midnight intrepidly sails on!

John B. Wells should be cannonized.

Wait, that's not right.  What do they call it when they shoot clowns out of the circus cannons?  Noory should get a ring side seat since he loves clowns.

If he had a deal with a real radio station, it's certain the news would be plastered on the top of site in 24 point type.  Heck, the guy can't even sell anyone a banner ad.

It's just strange because there WERE press releases about it.

It looks like that's the only one, at least as far as I could find.  Since there's nothing about it on the CTM site, it's most likely not a done deal.

'Evening.  He was on the Boston station for a couple/few weeks, was even listed in the Station's program schedule, then disappeared.   Now I see he is on KYAH, a little 1,000 watt station out of Utah, scheduled M-F 2-5 MST.  We'll see how this goes.  I only have an interest in Johnny B. onnaconna his voice, you know.  http://www.yahradio540.com

The problem with trying to launch a weekend show in a major market is that you have to compete with sponsored shows. Those hours can go from $1,000 all the way up to like $10,000. If your show can't bring in more in advertising than the guaranteed bucks the magic vitamin makers throw at you, why would station X go with your show?

You also have to find stations that aren't locked up with syndication deals already. Trying to muscle in on Premiere/iHeart is no easy feat.

It looks like KYAH isn't exactly a broadcast powerhouse.  The lineup is pretty much fringy far right D-listers, and on weekdays, they appear to have empty slots from 6 to 9 am and 5 to 7 pm.  That doesn't make a good impression.  They probably took CTM because they needed to fill time and it was available and cheap.

Probably FREE. I've found myself that bothering with the little "top of the dial" stations is generally a waste of time. They need to fill time, but because they have such limited revenue, they can't pay for much of anything. I found it to be more trouble than it was worth to bother with FTP every week for a station or two whose combined listenership is probably less than DMRN. Unless you can get yourself on major market stations or squeeze SOMETHING out of a bunch of small stations, it's just wasted effort. KYAH is not going to contribute anything in the way of new subscribers.

I heard him last Sunday morning on WRKO in the 5am slot, I'll probably still be up at that time tonight and see if he's on. Good to see the Caravan is traveling with warp speed into oblivion.

Update: Well, the Caravan to the 6AM Colon Cleanse informercials remains, as John B Wells and his sonorous voice fills my kitchen. But now I've turned WRKO off, and having consumed beer 21 and shot 8, I can finally go to bed.

There is only a tiny portion of products that you could advertise on his site and not hurt your company's reputation.

Also, what radio station would dare put a guy up that questioned the validity of a school shooting? I could see a big name maybe getting away with it but some guy no one has ever heard of? Shit if you were bored, you could just e-mail the radio station a transcript of his show regarding the shooting and that would be that.

Take solace in that his current "flagship"(WRKO, 5AM Sundays) once ran the same 30 second Ad Council slot for an hour, completely undeterred(if noticed at all). It didn't stop until the board op for the gardening show at 6:30am arrived. I reckon he'd be lucky to have 100 listeners in this metropolitan area of nearly 5 million.

He's so desperate that he'll even let me advertise my infernal product on his site. It's a demonic entity called fluoride. His followers are familar with that sinister creation, but have yet to ever encounter it personally.
