... Where is everybody?

Not listening to Dark Matter, because, well, you know ...

Quote from: sydtron on November 07, 2013, 10:11:08 PM
... and what about the URGENT PM to MV?

It was probably just someone mailing him pictures of kittens so he would feel better.

... Is there something going on??

I hear George Noory still has a radio show, you might want to check that out.

Hey, speaking of David Icke.  Is the crazy bastard back on the booze yet?

This is the most erotic thing I've seen since A Room in Rome.

I think he had a messy divorce not too long ago. Its a laugh riot if you can find stuff on about it. David Icke, apparently, was convinced evil forces were influencing his wife. She agreed.

Didn't see that coming.

Is David Icke's wife a witch?

Spinner.... You've got one heck of a cute voice. Will you MARRY ME?  ;D

P.S just kidding.... or am I?  :o

OK I am, but your voice is really cute.
LOL. Thanks. :)
I was so nervous, and my tongue stopped working properly for a moment. LOL

Hmmm... maybe someone should start an Art Bell Fans Singles site. Then aldousburbank could perform the resulting marriage ceremonies.  :o

Sounds so yummy.  I think Monday night will be showtime.  A hunch.

That would be profound, timing-wise!

Brownies are just out if the pan, still warm.  I pass the tray around.

I'm listening to Streiber recalling his rape, with Art, and enjoying it.  This is a strange pastime.

Heh, if you don 't mind tie dye, cuz that's the way I roll.

Ok, just floating a new idea, in case this all falls through:

As a former attorney (I worked in entertainment law for several years in the 90s), I am not sure the non compete means much in this case.

Generally, to make a non compete stick, you need EXTRA consideration above and beyond the regular contract.  So, unless they bought Art's contract out in return for the non-compete... I am not sure they can make it stick if Art decided to go on his own.

I cannot even listen to Dark Matter.  With things up on the air like they are, I want to put things out of my mind a bit.

Well shit, offer your advice to Art and Paul.

It's hard to offer advice without reading the contract that was signed. Art reiterated that he was locked into an NC for two years if this doesn't work.

I'm extremely fascinated now.

Ok --- calm down tertiary. Breathe. Ok.

Now, art has expressed that he does not believe Sirius is in breach of contract. If Sirius's contract with art bell is air tight in its non-compete shit, what does that mean for art? Like, theoretically, if he does decide to go at it on his own, what is the worst case scenario? And what is the most likely event to occur?

Is it odd that I was watching that same video earlier today.

I have no idea even why I was watching it.

But I was. :o

Welcome, to the madhouse post often.

Mom, you really need to put the keyboard down now and go bake some cookies, and feed all your cats.  ;D

Hey if that's how your feel more power to you sister, but don't HARSH other peoples ideas/feelings even if you think they are wrong/assholes.

Art's a big boy, he shit his bed let him clean it up. Me going HUUU, and sending kitten pics and good vibes through my crystals ain't gonna fix HIS mess. That's between him and his employer Siriusxm.

P.S. We have been harshing Dave sNoory for years here, yet he still goes on... and on... and on. Go figure, crappy crystals don't work for shit... and I paid the ghostbuster gals big money for them too.  >:(

http://youtu.be/YlhPRuAve8k

Harshing??? Is that a word? I'm not the one who's been harshing here. Isn't this site an Art Bell site for his fans? From what I've been reading it's not much of a fan site for him. At least you're not rude like a lot of the people here and you do seem to have a sense of humor. Good taste in music too. That doesn't mean I agree with everything you say. BTW: I don't bake and I don't have any kitties. I do like good music though. Crystals might not work, but Intention does. Maybe if we all put some good Intention to good use something positive would result and Art will be back on the air. If this place is in the clouds, then that explains a lot.

My legal degree is non-existent but I'm pretty sure that's not how non-compete work.
Thanks Jazmunda, you said it much better/nicer than I was going to.

Sigh, I miss the days when getting on the interwebz was harder, now you have to read so much... potato, it hurts me head it does.

The worst case is that he has a shitty podcast and his only callers are the asshole bell gabbers here who either fawn over him (MEGA PAHRUMPS ART!) or criticize him for every guest he has on.

It's like the twilight zone episode where the Stand Up Commedian who desired fame ended up playing to the same house every night.

Thats not actually an episode, but who the fuck really cares.  You get the idea.

Vaguely lovable becomes vaguely a heavy ball and chain to bear around your neck.

Art must be wireless.....>You must understand this.  His voice doesn't do wires.  They must propagate freely bounce off the ground plane and ionosphere.  But not into the conductive shield of coaxial humdrum.

It is most certainly that.   :o

The smell of fresh brownies throughout the house is like... heaven.  Cheers.   :D
