Just saw this posted on Art's FB Page. Well done Jazzy this is just a perfect tribute to Open Lines leading into Art's Open Lines test on Sunday. Kudos and thanks for all these videos.

Edit: On second watch I noticed your little surprise at the end. I won't spoil it but it's cool. ha ha.

There's more. On Friday the blitz goes nuclear.

Ha, ha, ha! Hilarious!  I've heard Clyde laughing about "The old man who pretends to be interested in the paranormal."  He wasn't talking about Art, either.  Dave must be hiding under his mom's skirt by now.

Unfortunately, Clyde had better keep his eyes open for some PremRat payback.  He may not care, at this point, though.

The nuclear option is a go?

More?  Are the Maine coon cats going on a special ops paratroop drop to take out UFO Phil?

8) Just shows that us BellGabbers are on the ball.

Prepare for a Friday night Art Bell appearance on Ground Zero.

I think Clyde's show is a disappointment though. Not because he is a bad host. He is decent. It is just the repetition of info every hour, due to other radio stations carrying his show at different times, gets rather annoying and kills the flow. Also it seems like there is a commercial every 5 minutes which disrupts the conversation. Plus, if you remove the 30 to 40 mins of music mash-ups from his commercial-less podcast, he puts up on soundcloud, the 3hr 15min average show time then becomes about a 2.5 hr show with lots of repetition.

I will say I like him. He was refreshing after jorch. I think it will be great having Clyde followed by Art. Could make for a great evening. And dont forget RCH or Bella after Art. I need a bigger hard drive

"Don't go towards the light, it's a trick". Once heard you never get it out of your head.
I think the only trick to that is Lear, in his attempt to garner the public's interest.  In every tradition that I've been exposed to, Eastern religions, the old mystery schools, some pretty nasty things dwell in that darkness.  Some of those old traditions know whereof they speak.

Art, Here's something to think about ... as you are getting closer to going "live" with the new show your Facebook page is/will be a huge target for spammers and other mal-content types who will want to litter your page up with cyber graffiti and worse.  There's a possibility your comment threads will become clogged with a boat load of crap postings.  Might want to think of a strategy to counter this.  Just thinking out loud ...

I would dearly like to know why he comes here, since by all accounts he is such a fine, upstanding kind of guy.

So, George, come on, spill, what are you doing logging in to a site that supports your prime competitor?

Seems the davebots have had their limited computing power upgraded, and are attempting some new tricky strategies.  We must not be deterred by their pesky attempts to thwart our momentum.
It's been something else trying to keep up with this thread the past couple of days. I'm curious what Jeorge's next move will be. Anyone have the odds on that "other guy" showing up here and starting pr damage control?

I know most of this gang has been here together for years, but I was just perusing Wiki and, for newer folks, it seems as though Art's radio audience was 22 million (some estimates are as high as 33 mill) and by now, under Noory, the show has 2.75 million.

Who renewed this guy's contract?  Why?  If decisions are not made under a profit motive, then how are they being made?  Might it be some constant philosophical theme that is slipped into regular programming?

A possible course would be to avoid the devil net entirely and rely on his radio show for comms

Indeed  :) Late night is going to be interesting. Can't wait.
Yes even though you can re-encode audio files I still have a little bit over 100 gigs of radio stuff.
Saving some hard drive space recently by (re)downloading a lot of things in the relatively new x265 hevc video codec.

Pete is based in Anchorage and is coordinating all the advertisers.

Loved WKRP, and the turkey episode was one of the best.

And the episode where Carlson was hitting his foot after numbing it with coke, thinking it was foot powder.

Don't firebugs often return to the scene of the crime to get off on the devastation that they caused.

Just another epic fail for Dave and Co.

So Jazmunda had to stick himself into the butt end of the video!  ???

Great video! I just hope you clipped your nails!
