This is a song I wrote on the mandolin shortly after my Mothers passing.

The timing is off and the sound is pretty bad but it wasn't a time to be playing with a metronome.

        I had that very same clip on about a half hour ago! That song was also used to great effect on Miami Vice in '86.

  I remember "If I Had A Rocket Launcher" being restricted to overnight play on MTV in the winter of 84-85. The "some son of a bitch would die" lyric almost getting an outright ban.

      And a witless, unironic local DJ mispronouncing his name. Not for yuks, but out of cluelessness. He got the Bruce part right(it was '84..)
