The further we get into the modern age where people routinely go everywhere, everyone has a camera and recording device with them, we have satellites covering every inch of the earth's surface, heat sensors, etc, and still no bigfoot, aliens, etc, the less likely they exist.

Hi Jocko, The guy is unstable as hell. I've gathered you have some law enforcement background so I would like your opinion on this website that had a batch of background on m vara's harassment practices. 

If you have the time would you skim over it and does it look credible? I've waivered about it. 
Anyone else on the forum, if you have an opinion about this ipredator, please free to chime in.  Maybe I'm getting too involved, but vara has gotten under my skin since the blowup with Art and MV rants.

But with vara in the midst this is a no winner.  No matter what she won't make it on his failing network, especially with his personality and insanity. As I said in a post, in todays climate concerning firearms the old, 'he is just an old drunk redneck bubba, a good old boy who don't mean no harm, just don't pay him no mind,' has gone out the window. Many states have already passed laws where legal gun owners can lose their firearm(s) legally for either short periods or permanently. The feds are even looking at it now, and the NRA is signaling they may support it. I don't know if South Carolina where mumbles the drunk hails from has this yet.

It goes like this, a person or persons makes a complaint to local LE, they investigate. It must meet a thrushhold of bringing, implying harm or danger to another or themselves. Checks are made, neighbors, friends and family. Fellow works, social media etc. This is given to a court with a recommendation. The court decides if a temporary denial of 2nd amendment rights are in order. Guns are confiscated, (my problem is as we have seen people will and can use anything as a weapon if they desire to go as far as needed to follow up.) The person is then looked at by a number of doc's physically and mentally...reports are taken back to court where a judge decides if this person gets the guns back, (as a precaution they taken away first) has them premanently taken, goes for treatment and we look at it again etc. It's new and I am sure each state has different rules in the law.

I will tell you this, in the old days when we didn't see shootings etc as we do today, just "regular" crime(!)...someone is threatened, a complaint is made, the cops are called, we go to investigate. Sometimes a person just needed a "strong talking too"  or they were locked up, guns and all. They get a ck up from the neck up and if indicted and convicted go to the funny farm or prison.

But today we live in a different time, we are in uncharted waters and it calls for, I guess different methods to try and fix it all. Can we deal with each case as these new rules call for, unkown at this time.
But I can not imagine, making a vailed threat as dopey did is never ever a good thing. Just how stupid do you have to be? VERY!  If the person(s) he said it to feels it's serious...well people said they hadn't heard from mv2 in a couple days? Perhaps he is just sleeping off a hang over or answering some very hard questions by some very serious people with badges because of his very foolish remarks? Personally or otherwise I know or have no info on this, simply speculation and a couple possible scenarios and there can be millions. I will say he just doesn't sound like a smart guy at all.

Because you asked I answer absolutely hypothetically.
