That should be correct. Coroners are just regular people elected to the post. They are sometimes undertakers, but are normally NOT Medical Doctors, the doc's work in cities etc that are under the ME or Medical Examiners. Thry are forensic pathologist who are trained to do Autopsys. A coroner has to send a body to a hospital who is a govt, County hosp and have pathologist. Now here is the thing. Hospital pathologist will do a "medical post mortem" as if you die in the hospital not under suspicious death. But doctors want to know what happened or how good or bad medical care was and how a parient died.
A forensic pathologist dies a forensic post mortem to find the cause and manner of death and if a homicide was committed and how, who, why, when etc...to give testimony in a criminal court and help Police convict and arrest a suspect. Now if a coroner system sends a body to the hospital at a pathologist, we need to know the type of autopsys they are trained for and how many if each and if they have the ability to preform a forenic/criminal procedure.
See big difference...a lot of things unfortunately are missed and LE's job is much harder.
What doctor and what kind and training and experience do they have. By now Art's results should be back unless it wasn't done or done incorrectly.
I'd love to see the death certificate which needed to be issued before he is buried...what was, on this public doc, what is the cause and manner listed, that is extremely important.

Seriously? How many meskins does that and are the plants and flowers on CL or somewhere? I was amazed whe  a neighbor had a tall palm taken out. Not taken. But just cut up n gone, because I recalled a LA Times article about folks going to shitty neighborhoods where palm trees became problamatic and taking n selling for $$. This was TX but still.

Yeh, no joke. It's horrifying in a way and scary, not to say an insult to mother nature. I took my niece to Disney World in Orlando a few years ago, we left at 7 pm and the flower bed next to the gate was in perfect bloom and all blues. Next morning we came back in the exact same way and the flower bed was in perfect bloom, all reds and pinks, different arrangement. Lasted two days. Then went to a mix of blues, purples, and whites. Just insane. I Disney worker what was up with that and he told me he wasn't supposed to say but they changed the flowers every two days so they'd always be perfect, so fantasy land would not have a single blemished flower. Really scary to me, no kidding!

If downloaded with music included, payment must be made as if it were a download (like on iTunes).  That is a money-losing proposition if charging $4.99/month for unlimited downloads. Even a 30-download per month limit at 9¢ a song included will lose over $15 a month per subscriber.

I, among others, have contacted BMI/ASCAP, and the performance rights agencies (I also contacted publishers) notifying them of this situation.

They may be slow to act but they will count the plays from day one. Plus, penalties and legal expenses will be tabulated.  That includes the cost of correspondence notifying them of the violation.

Her trolls and lurkers have seen this here before. Why they haven't presented it to her is beyond me. There is no magic license. If she wrote the music herself, her publisher and the performance rights people would still want their cuts too.
