Buy me a bucket of chicken, and I'll promise not to sue you for my share.

Art,

Now that you're radio show is toast for two years, will you do ads and TV appearances?

Art or Paul can you guys somehow leak to us the email address of a person that matters so that we can start some kind of campaign that is obviously reasonable and not vicious.

I just feel like there must be something we can do that might have an impact rather than sitting on our hands. We want to at least try to make a difference.

What's even worse is that people STILL continue to post their entire stupid lives on those things, even after all the bad press about privacy and data mining.   The dumb sheepZombies deserve neither privacy or freedom.
Fixed.

Social media can be a powerful tool if used correctly and in large numbers. It might not work but we should at least try.

That horse left the barn a long time ago. They've been tracking what we buy and where we buy it for years, long before the NSA revelations. They also were tracking what we watched, what we listened to, what records we bought, what trips we took, etc. long before that too.

And ... if one opposes this administration, I am certain that people like Tea Party members are on some list somewhere. It just remains to be seen who has access to all that data.
Even people who have never been on the internet or their computers are getting phone calls asking them about their use of the internet, which is dumb but I've heard the calls first hand. You can't stay in the shadows in this day and age no matter how hard you try.

And then there's the six-tailed asteroid that NASA's discovered which is hanging out somewhere between Mercury and Mars if I heard the news report right while I was in the car.
Do we blame that on Hoagland ?
Surely a portent of ominous things to come.

It's the Google Loon test dude.

" Hi, I'm Art Bell. Join me, Richard C. Hoagland, the hair guy from Ancient Aliens and JC Webster as we take a ride on the first Art Bell Cruise To Mars. Beautiful accomodations, lovely hosts and hostesses, free gambling and buffets and I'll be sure to dive over the side of the gantry just before liftoff, so I can maintain my perfect record. Won't you join me on the U.S.S. Nye County and take this historic ride ? "

Well the tone was good, there is no tone to report today because there was no communication and
so that is all I am able to report. I try to be honest in my dealings with everybody and I have been
nothing but honest with Sirius/XM. I also am giving all of you the straight stuff.

When I was hired they just said come and have fun and if at any point you want to leave, no problem.
I didn't really want to leave, I just wanted a change in the structure to reflect what so many of their
other Host's do. I still think it would be a total win-win situation. They have not said yes and at the same
time they have not said no. I will let you know the moment I get word.

Thank you for the update, Art.
I'm hoping that things work out just the way you want them. :)

That reminds me: Someone recently told me it is 100% IMPOSSIBLE to live with out a cellphone if you have kids.
This same person I found out was paying for his two kid's cell phones, and his business was a few months from going bankrupt.
He said he couldn't afford the electricity bill for it. That's some fucked up priorities, but it's more and more common these days.

What's it gonna take this country for people to wake up?
Smart Phones and Facebook could bring this country to it's Knees if they shut down. These are some pathetic human beings among us.

That is certainly fucked up - they'd rather pay for a cell phone rather than more important things.
I wouldn't give my kid any kind of cell phone, not until they could pay for it themselves.

hello all if in 3 days there are no replays of darkmatter available on sxm.  then there is no, none compete and art is free to do as he pleases .

Speaking of FB, here's Evelyn Paglini's status today. She's starting to post predictions. Get your coats out, kids!

My legal degree is non-existent but I'm pretty sure that's not how non-compete work.

Art himself said that he has a non-compete for two years if this falls through. You're grasping at straws here.

I don't believe that that is really Evelyn Paglini because one of the words didn't have a capital at the beginning.

I remember her predicting something like that back when Art was semi retired on C2C... don't think it actually happened.

She is kind of hot though for her age!

True, you can't totally get away from it, but you don't have to make it easy for them either.  I pay cash whenever possible, I don't sign up for discount cards, I don't give my real phone number or address... even my cell phone is under a fake name lol.

Yeah man, we got a thing that's called Radar Love.

It sounds like a documentary on past lives is running on the stream.

Exactly.

The thing that sucks the most about all of this is that Dark matter was GREAT!!!!
It was FANTASTIC radio, and was getting better with each episode and now were in shit limbo.
+1
I completely agree. Most the shows were absolutely DELICIOUS!
I'm excluding the kid on his cell phone, Chunga, and Hogue. Everything else was fun, fun, fun. Whatever happens, the Dark Matter shows will be treasured forever.
