It's just difficult to imagine why anyone would spend all day every day blowing their nose on a website about a show they've never listened to.  I mean, I'm pretty cynical, but even a cynic knows that people only do things that bring them something...and I don't see any kind of upside to belching out hundreds of posts per week unless there's some kind of return/investment ratio involved.

I know, and how many years now has this forum lived off of doing exactly that to george noory? Must be lots of paid shills among the regulars by that logic.

I know viral marketers exist. I know government propaganda is intentionally spread on certain forums. However, this is probably not the case here. Why would these 'shills" wait for Art to quit and essentially destroy his own show (and any competition) when Art took himself out of the game?

If there were some Shills involved it would have been while Art still had a show and was begining to gain ground- Not after he walked away and burned the bridge behind himself.

Corporations are evil but logical. Why waste money when they dont have to?

I'm no expert on forums, but these are my thoughts.  We have been hit by more than one whammy at a time.  !. Art Quit,  2. MV is going to school, and doesn't have the time for GabCasts that he used to.  If we had regular gabcasts about the shows, both MITD AND OSOM, people would listen to the shows, so they could call in and comment, and post their opinions in the chat, AND on the forum..  Its a matter of both the major listening, socializing programs, that people gather at bellgab for, well, one is gone, MITD, and the other is rare these days, gabcast.  If we had MV available to do gabcasts a couple times a week about Heathers and Hoagies shows, my guess more of us would listen, so we would have all the info we need to argue with each other about, both here on the forum, and during the gabcast.  We need people of opposite points of view also.  I realize some people dont like that, but without opposing opinions, there's not nearly as much to post and gabcast about.  Just my 2 cents.

ted posted documents that would have been forgery of government documents and slander/libel since it was both written and spoken (and put into videos)

Art threatened to sue MV for whatever
Art decided to not do anything to ted gunderson for that video?

Nope.Not logical.

Arts too trigger happy with threatening lawsuits to have decided to "look the other way" had any of that (the documents) been fabricated. Ted would have been sued, jailed and forced to retract publicly what he had said in that video and in writing.
