That Premiere (or any talk radio network/station) uses shill callers isn't shocking, that they don't or haven't would be surprising.  Who those callers are is a function of the individual station and its format, some are radio professionals  from distant markets, others can literally be local yokels encouraged by a station to call certain shows.   Clear Channel station WLW here in Cincinnati has had a long history, at least thirty years, of using shill callers on it sports and politically conservative talk shows.  Back in the 80s, such a caller to the station's sports (primarily Reds and Bengals) talk shows was known locally as the most hated man on Cincinnati radio.  As I recall he was a radio personality from somewhere out west who literally marketed his annoying on-air personna to multiple stations across the country.

That's the part I don't get if they're supposed to be working for somebody.  Once their teeth are drawn they still want to hang out, despite the shunning.  That's just lonely-guy behavior.  I kind of miss King Of Kings and his singing, but using Art's personal tragedies to get his attention was over the line.

Did you notice how much of the troll behavior here fits the seven criteria for identifying shills that I posted earlier?  It’s an uncanny match.  Also, somebody intentionally scared Art off the air, so we have A.)  Art literally forced off the air through a focused and persistent series of hostile actions, and then B.)  a whole bunch of fuckers I’ve never seen here before inciting a goddamn riot around here (and elsewhere online) for weeks.  It could be a coincidence:  it could be that a bunch of freaks were just that ready to go apeshit about Art’s latest “retirement” regardless of the circumstances.  I guess I’m just not a big believer in that kind of closely correlated coincidence, because it looks like a coordinated effort to me.  Granted, it’s a circumstantial argument.  But we don’t have access to the information we’d need to build an evidentiary case.  Only a forensic analysis of the IP logs might be able to prove it, if then.

But I remember how badly the competition was quaking in their loafers the last time Art returned to broadcasting.  That’s motive â€" a big fat nagging motive, actually.  I can’t be sure, of course.  But all of the pieces fit together easily.  I just don’t know another theory that can do that.

That all sounds plausible to me.  If it were my project and I were some corporate sleaze without a moral compass, I’d nuke his entire career:  force him into hiding and torch every social media outlet his fans participate in so his entire “brand” was radioactive.  Why be half-assed about it if you’ve got the bank to reduce everything to ashes?  If I were a psycho corporate prick with a vested interest, I’d sleep better at night knowing it was all completely FUBAR.

I think the obvious chain of logic is motive:  who’s better off with Art Bell off the air?  That’s your prime suspect.  People have called me paranoid for openly contemplating the conspiracy angle here, but fuck:  if it walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck…  The other explanations require some pretty damn unlikely coincidences, like some nut with an inexplicable vendetta just happening to live in his vicinity.  Greed, on the other hand â€" that’s simple.  And waaay common.

Most of this shill stuff concerns businesses trying to falsely prop up their offerings. That's fairly common, I think. The negative stuff, attacking other businesses, is less common (because it's less effective, generally), but it still does happen.

But in terms of BellGab, I have a little trouble trying to imagine some ambitious corporate sociopath type trying to score points around the office by releasing the hounds on BellGab. I think he would probably get laughed at, which wouldn't be the reaction he was looking for. A smart sociopath would come up with a better plan to increase profits or protect the business. A dumb sociopath would probably be ignored altogether.

The ASS has possibilities, though, as a low-level corporate goon hire. I'd like to know more about him.

I havnt even been trolling for the majority of this time I dont think and when I was it was still about things I felt were true- I wasnt just making up shit to troll but amplifying my legitimate beliefs-

Do I think Arts stalker is a corporate shill? No- I think there is no stalker.

No corporation is going to risk prison and  massive lawsuits paying what amounts to a hitman over a competitors radio show.
