That was sadly my feeling as well. I'm glad he admitted that a 5-day-per-week gig was out of the question. I do (perhaps naively) think he'll try to get back on for an unannounced show or two every month once things settle down. He seems to crave doing the talk radio thing.

   There is more to Bell art, than Art Bell. I wonder if Art is related to my friend Larry. Larry has been a key supporter of my art for years, and I find his story to be inspirational. I saw the man make a 250k sale, cash and carry, for goods that fit on a conference table. When I talk about "work" in the art world with him, I listen. Unsought "medical advice", no thanks.

I DID feel let down Gravity.  I was expecting the same old Art Bell, on top of the worlds latest developments in the news, no matter what the topic was. It could be anything from a big foot siting, to candidates in an election, to stem cell research, to ghost stories on Halloween, and Santa Clause and his raindeer on Christmas.  The Art Bell I got on the DMDN, well, I just don't recognize him, VERY sad to say.

Wow man, that is kind of you. My pm is working, and I have email enabled as well. The whole reason I posted that my phone was down was to show why I'd not be calling. I really did not expect anyone to buy a card, it was just an honest explanation of my situation. In hindsight, I'm glad I did not, the show was great. I never set out to annoy Art, just tell my true story. One thing is sure, my mom will appreciate it... we have not spoken for over a month. Thanks.

Even if he did not explicitly say it, it was pretty much implied. Which is fine. If you took the time to think about my posts instead of ham-fisting your keyboard, you'd realize that I believe Art's accounts, acknowledge that there are many things which factor in to the situation, and respect his right to do whatever the fuck he pleases. Since you digressed (ask your middle school teacher what that word means) into some haphazard rambling, I doubt you have the mental capacity to also understand that I haven't counted Heather out. I was upset with how she treated Steve, but will openly admit that she has improved. Whether or not I resubscribe in the future is to be decided, but I do try to tune in from time to time.

Normally, I would have ignored your pointless smattering of gibberish intertwined with CAPITALIZED words. However, I think your lack of civility towards Brig (who is one of the most respectful posters on this board and was simply sharing her disappointment) was quite uncalled for.
