Well the difference is Noory actually does suck  I don't really understand the hoard of Noory sucks either, I've added a few things here and there but beyond that there isn't much more to say.

The Art hate is based on this preconceived idea that he is lying about everything which, no matter how many reports he makes public, some people just aren't going to believe it. I suppose there is also a large degree of misplaced disappointment turned to rage.
