But when it comes to something that can be proven or disproven, and could actually lead to the alleged murderous stalker, the telephoned death threat, Art refuses to file a report about that. 

Try to confuse the issue all you want.   It's not going to work.  Now, after you forced me to once again clear up your half-truths, go on about me beating a dead horse.

If Art said he didn't find any bullet holes, then how is anyone lying? And why would the police do anything more, if they have no clue what car to look for, a license plate #, and no bullets on the property? There wouldn't be a reason for them to do anything more.

There certainly WOULD be a reason for them to do a lot more if Art would file a report about the alleged death threat.  But he won't.

We'd all like to have all of the answers, but we don't. Nor do we need them, or have a right to have them. Either we can be satisfied and move on, or we can all sit around like we're doing and pitch fits, argue, trash Art's reputation, or whatever else the apparent agenda is on any given day.

You misunderstand me. I don't want or need all the answers. What I would appreciate is a better story. Something that's halfway consistent and allows me to suspend disbelief (although I do believe that stuff has actually happened). The public rarely gets the truth. But it's always nice to get a well-written, well thought out PR release. I appreciate the effort and respect for my intelligence.

You misunderstand me. I don't want or need all the answers. What I would appreciate is a better story. As Keith and Heather both admitted (and chuckled about) on Friday's show, Art had a habit of putting too much info out there on social media.  In a situation like this, it would have served him better simply not to say anything. He could have easily asked Keith to make an official statement for him, but he didn't.  The police only released info after Art felt he needed to defend himself, and even then, it wasn't enough to satisfy people. (He did say they had not released everything, and they were probably not happy they needed to waste their time doing any of that to begin with).

I think it's fair to say it doesn't all make sense, but I know I'm not comfortable calling him a liar. I wasn't there, and I'm certainly not in his mind. I'm sure he's been under a lot of stress, and having to go out of his way to prove to a bunch of total strangers that he isn't a liar, wasn't something he thought he'd need to be doing. it's just snowballed from there.

I've never said Art hadn't reported anything to the police, nor have I ever claimed he reported everything to the police.

What I have said, and what drives you guy so insane that you have to keep making these mendacious posts to try to confuse people, is that Art filed police reports about things that the cops can't prove either way.  "Someone shot at me."  "There was a prowler."  Cops can't prove those things didn't happen.  But they can investigate whether Art actually got a phone call the time and date he says he got the death threat, and they can investigate where the call was made from.  But Art refuses to file a report about that.

That's nothing like saying "Art won't file any police reports."

And you know it.  But just keep lying about it.  Art's no doubt reading this, and I'm sure he thinks you're a good boy.

One of my reasons for suggesting a Bounty on Dec10 was to see what Art's reaction would be. Instead of jumping on the idea like an enraged victim, he didn't. It was 9 days later that he decided to go that venue. Now before anyone says that he wanted to think it over- this is not his behavior pattern. He blurts things out before thinking them over, behaves that way in other instances. It was when he took 9 days to offer a $20K reward that I felt it was like someone who has an auto accident then tries to report their car stolen after the fact.
