Is the stream occasionally stopping, then restarting for anyone else?  It doesn't happen often (maybe once every 3-4 minutes or so), but it's really annoying.

I fell asleep shortly after the first hour and it did go down once for a very short time.  A voice came on and said they would get Art back and they did.

No excuse for anyone that doesnt follow through on their commitments. Especially with 2 people involved. One of them should have had the wherewithall to contact Art. This smells like Dave to me.

What is their contact information just in case one might wish to express displeasure with their conduct?

Did the stream drop once or twice? I heard it go down once - and Keith came on saying he would try to get Art back - then a bit later, maybe a half hour or so my stream stopped and didn't hear anything more and fell asleep before it came back. When I woke later there still was nothing on the stream. At that point I was listening on TuneIn - but apparently the show finished. So again the question is - was there one stoppage or two?

Also - seems like Keith should have a pre-recorded Ross announcement saying there are tech difficulties - please stand by over a music bed or something -- instead of just silence. Radio stations HATE dead air.

Dude, it is my opinion that the Chefist called it first, then quickly deleted the post. Why he did so I attribute to one of the following;

A: Humility
B: Respect/Civility- not wanting to "out" potentially still classified intel.
C: Fear
D: Shame
E: A visit from the MIB

Therefore, I recommend the Bellgab Gold Star be honorarily be awarded to Chefist, the Silver Star to NIN, and the Bronze Star to me for keeping my trap shut about junk.

And I will give you props.  Thanks for not talking about my junk.

I highly doubt threats or bullying attempts from the other show would have any effect on him.
In fact, it could have an effect on them....

Exactly.  If he was a no-show for a valid reason ("personal emergency") he should have explained such by now, even if it was a made up excuse.  If he does not, has not by now, I guess he has no intention of ever wanting to be on Midnight in the Desert in the future.

Not sure if ART would pull that trigger.  I see it more likely that they could be 'rescheduled' down the road.  Then in the course of conversation, ART could briefly discuss their mysterious no show.  In less than 2 minutes ART would suss out the truth and politely call them out.  The unspoken btwn ART and guest would be, 'Don't pull that shit again.  Or you won't be back.'
I think that while Dave might still have some waning pull, ART is the big gun laid down atop the card table.

Well - I knew it before Art or Red .. but kept quiet and even posted my guess as "Airyn" to throw the premrats off the trail. 

Gotta wonder how long it will take for a rep of the smelly vermin camp to contact Red and offer her an associate producer job at C2C? I'd pay good money to hear her profanity-laced response! 

If the RATs were the least good at their jobs, they would have contacted (Redacted) as soon as she got off the air on that first episode.

Using the stream on the darkmatter website and have not dropped a single audio frame. So it must be your isp or something on your end.

That's where I attempted to listen. 


this thought just hit me.  I am listening on an Android.  *shrug*  But wasn't there some conversation in the early stages of this deal where only a certain number of folks could/would be able to catch the live stream via their devices?  I came in late, around 2200 hours.  If I were at the extreme end of listeners that could be accommodated, would the signal somehow have degraded?

On the contrary, I really enjoyed Richards show last night. As I was listening it dawned on me that Hoagland would of been a much better choice to debate jay than Stanton. Nothing against Stanton at all, but debating a moon mission hoax guy is really not in his ball park.
