I think you are right.

That being said, I believe that ART is large and in charge.  It must be an acceptable loss until the juggernaut is unstoppable.
I think that 'changes' and possible 'improvements' will occur as they able to work the bolt on them.  I am given to understand fm posts of others experiences that Keith is not the sharpest pencil in the box in all matters.  But ART has faith in the relationship and abilties of Rowland.
And so we carry on.
And that is why we need to bug him about it :P
I am happy at least that people dont get attacked for constructive criticism anymore. During the first month anyone who dared to even mention the RSS feed issue was called davebots.

Do I like PayPal?  No.  Would I like to be able to pay directly using my debit card?  You bet.  Is it super important?  Not at all.  As long as Art is doing MITD I will be subscribed to his archive and if that means I have to use PayPal then that's okay.
It does not matter what you think about it. It is a fact that they are losing many potential subscribers by not having a option to use a debit/credit card.

Beautiful places, I know them well.  First I lived the So. Cal dream growing up, then the Nor. Cal dream later, then I got competely priced out and fed up with everything and moved to Ore. with multiple other refugees.  However, like paperboy alluded to, things are changing up here too, culture-wise, economy-wise, and for whatever reason climate-wise.  Maybe I'll put a down payment on some land in the Arctic Circle.
Kentucky and Tennessee are cheap for land, good place to retire.

...So had Art made the paranormal leap by '93? Good theme for the next 20 pages or so.

Myself, in 93 I first met the fine lady I just had a massive fight with an hour ago... small world calendar.

I've lived in Illinois, California, Wyoming, Montana, Colorado, Maryland, Arizona, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina. Loved them all except Pennsylvania. None of them kicked me out.

What's your problem?

I have lived in Arizona, New Mexico, California, and Pennsylvania. Of the four, PA was the only one I felt to be psychically stifling, like wearing your headband too tight while tripping.

It must really be getting bad when even the squirrels want to leave. ;)

And just where do you find that statistic?  Do you know how much PayPal charges receivers vs. what credit cards charge receivers?  I don't know about PayPal, but credit card fees can run 3%-5% depending upon volume.  This just might be an economic issue.  Or are you just a PayPal hater for no real reason?

You'll find some of the best road kill there - really cuts down on the food bill.

This is supposed to be about Art Bell and MITD.  Like I said, no one gives a shit where you have lived or where you want to retire.

...Also, the real estate market on the coast is a unique market driven in and of itself...many working class families have to leave after retirement to other states as they found most of their wealth and savings went into their home!

Its fine if you bought your home before 2001.

Really looking forward to Ronald Mallett tonight.

Yes unique! But am I late or waaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyy out in left field. Has any one else noticed that "Amy Martin" sounds like Redacted (AKA Heather Wade if thats even her real name) Maybe I am late and you guys answered Tuesday morning. Any way just wondering.  I still think shes the girl in the Hershey's Dove, Library Scavenger Hunt commercial. She does sound good though. Glad Leo's gone
Sorry.  I don't think they sound alike at all.

I like Amy very much.  If I had any suggestion, it might be to pronounce the second 't' in 'twenty'.  I know, I'm a nit-picker.  I like Amy much better than I did Leo.  Leo was so 'Look at me, mom, I'm a big boy' - in your face.  Even though she's professional, Amy also seems normal and approachable and friendly, like she doesn't need to prove anything.  I think she should have been the first choice, above Leo, certainly.

That would be nice.  Oh, wow.  Christmas.  A MITD subsciption for friends and Jorch's latest C2C Christmas CD for enemies.  Fortunately, I don't know anyone who deserves something that bad.

My first year to vote. You can't be old, 'cause I'm not
