Joye the bible thumper was kind'a boring. Turns out prince William is antichrist.
ok, so cross that off yer lists.

Even George was getting frustrated with her.  The pine cone ramblings mixed with snakes climbing up our spines were even more goofy than the religious gobbledygook.

Do any of you remember Irvin Baxter?  He was on a couple of times.  He is still preaching that Gorbachav is the antichrist.

also, take note of the computer to his right.  for thousands of years, man has attempted to communicate with the spiritual world.  if real-time spiritual communication were finally achieved using windows xp, i'd lose my mud.  i swear to you.

...Not to derail this thread... but I have completely tuned out of the mainstream, I just had enough. However Glenn Beck was one of my most hated talking heads before I went. He's crying now? And he's not just crying... but he's crying while taking the time necessary for a photographer to line up a cover worthy photo? I've stared at that picture and had a few chuckles thinking it was a look-a-like... but that's really him? This is the guy that just led one of the biggest political rallies this past MLK day? Guess I'll be stocking up on ammo and slim jims this winter because sooner or later these crazy fuckers are going to be coming through my door.

And the spiritual entities and aliens I'm in intimate contact with only use Macs. They are higher evolved beings after all.   ;D

b_dubb

he's crying because his AA sponsor took a dump on his soul

that's not really Beck ( i think ).  btw - Beck is a Mormon.  which in my mind is like an old fashioned scientologist.  of course if you go back far enough everything looks like a cult

Beck is such an ass

b_dubb

here's Noory's personal motto ...

Because I only PRETEND to care

he's such an obsequious, self-serving asshat

i am not entirely sure why i listen.  perhaps i enjoy suffering?

If you want a good laugh, check out the C2C website.  ;:) There is a brand spankin' new picture of Snoory trying to look like he's about 20 years with this smug look on his droopy ass face. Why doesn't somebody tell him his looks like a friggin' idiot? Enough with the jet black hair already.  ??? Maybe that shit is seeping through his skull directly to his brain, resulting in slurred speech, inability to focus, his delusional self-important demeanor, and being the most gullible person on the planet. I'm telling you, it would explain a lot.

would Ubuntu be a better choice?  or a Mac perhaps?  or is this a job for the mighty Commodore 64?

i'm going abacus.

George is talking about Fort Knox and he just asked about the movie Goldfinger, someone should call and tell him James Bond is a fictional character.

Two hours wasted with Lauren Coleman talking about monsters from New Jersey.  "Crypto" must be latin for "things that don't exist."  Then Graig Hulet spent the rest of the night spreading paranoia and nonsense like "Bin laden had nothing to do with 9/11", and in another "movies that George didn't see, and won't admit it" moment Graig talked about Blade Runner and George's complete silence gave his sorry ass away.

How can't a person have seen Blade Runner? Especially someone as connected to the beat of the common man like Noory. Guess he doesn't like Science Fiction. Snoory putting people on like Hulet is exactly why I can't listen to the Mormon induced religious right, spawn of Mitt Romney, Clear Channel programming. The longest running Republican infomercial running neck and neck with the fear mongering misinformation from to Fox News. Excuse my rant.

Thanks Valdez for taking the hit and giving a synopsis.

Great point... and to not have had the pleasure would be a shame.
Had the fortune to see it in 82 and minds were definitely blown.

b_dubb

if noory doesn't "get" sci fi he has no business hosting C2C.  sci fi is like a gateway drug for the paranormal.

he probably thinks chewbacca was a dog/human hybrid.  what a d-bag

if only we could harness the energy that this thread seesm to possess ... we'd never need another drop of petrol

That's interesting, it sounds like Art is too smart to say too much, but I don't feel a great deal of respect for Noory there. Fittingly I muted my current C2C stream to listen to it.

Anyone willing to call out the present administration for what it is, name the communist and socialist that work for him, hammer the radicals that President Obama hung out with, connect the dots of hope and change and George Soros, use old fashioned blackboards instead of those stupid whiteboards that you can never really get all the ink off of, gather 500,000 regular, normal, pissed-off Americans to Washington D.C. and not burn the place down, lose his sanity in front of a national audience for the sake of something bigger than himself, and wear Converse All Stars, is alright by me.

communists?  do you prefer Obama's "communism" to Bush's Plutocracy?  the only people Bush helped were the rich.  how is that more honorable than helping people who work for a living?

Plutocracy?  Oh, so now it's Bush's fault that Pluto is no longer a planet?  For your information it was pointy headed liberal world government scientist that decided, in the middle of the night, in a smoke-free back room of some fancy European coffee house, to downgrade the Great Ninth Planet's status.  A decision I refuse to recognize.

NightOwl

I always hear Obama(in news) is now doing "this" or Obama is now doing "that", sad truth is.. he's just their puppet, these bankers
elite and shadow hands making all these decisions and pushing their way through middle east. But we don't know who "they" are other
than some names like Soros(one of but many), so we're stuck saying Obama. Webster Tarpley might be a good guest, but not for
noory, but for Art. (fat chance considering he barely can get one day in these days). I don't know much about Tarpley other than i've
heard him and thought he made sense and exposed alot without reserve. Might make good *new* posts, like: Who are the Darth Vader's
(quote on Soros by John Truman Wolfe)of the World - and/or - Guests like to see on the show in future?

(noory sucks)

the world is a plutocracy, and it always has been.  it's the natural order of things.  that's not going to end any time soon, and i fail to see how obama is any different as the new leader of humanity's great plutocratic tradition, west-side.  so, yeah, if possible i'd prefer to avoid a heaping helping of obama's communist leanings on top of what already sucks.  furthermore, i believe he is dangerously sympathetic to the arab world and islamic ideologies which are incongruent with the american way of life and with what a president should believe.  plenty of evidence to support such a contention.

bush was a supreme disappointment on several levels, but at least he didn't deliberately pursue policies that would serve to undermine american influence and deflate the american standard of living.  cap and trade, anyone?  apology tour?  nasa's primary responsibility is to suck islam's tit?  take a guy with no real world experience running even so much as a gas station, steeped in academia his entire life, put him in the white house, and watch the shit storm begin.  2012 can't come quickly enough, and it had better not be another hack like mccain on the other ticket.  i'll stay home again.  and if palin is the nominee... we're toast.  TOAST i tell you.

here is the great protector of america's disadvantaged, in action:

Barack Obama Admits: Energy Prices Will Skyrocket Under Cap And Trade

b_dubb

i think Obama has done a good job considering what has been heaped on his plate

as for skyrocketing energy prices ... notice the increase in energy costs is linked to how the energy is generated.  and if he's implemented his 'cap and trade' policy .. i haven't seen the cost increase in my energy bill.

i disagree with about islam being incongruent with american life

Obama to me is a miserable corrupt failure... but he's better than the even bigger more corrupt trainwreck before him. And that's the only thing you can hope for in American politics, that it'll suck just a little less each election season. Personally I think we need Bill back in office. I don't care how many interns he screws or how many people he has knocked off, when he was President this country ran smooth and wasn't completely economically fucked. I've given up on American Politics, it's akin to professional wrestling to me now and has about the same effect.

Also with how psychotic, paranoid and out-right delusional the right-wing has become, I realize I need to get out of this country and find a land where there's still sanity and logic in it's populace.

Obama is an Illinois politician.  In my fine state, we don't know how to elect anyone who isn't corrupt.

My husband and I have often, half-jokingly, said that we're moving to Canada or Korea to get out of this mess.  We don't believe that it's going to get better.  Republican and Democrat doesn't matter anymore.  They're "haves" and their mission is to make the rest of us have-nots.

to be clear, i'm not anti muslim.  i have plenty of credentials to prove that, but i'll reserve that for some other time.

it's just that the american way of life does not correspond at all with the manner in which the islamic belief system would have one live.  just go ask a muslim, or take a look at the many incongruities between sharia law and american law.  i don't know anybody in my personal life who would be prepared to adhere to that system.  while most muslims aren't extreme in their beliefs and don't push for the imposition of sharia law on infidels, the cream tends to rise to the top.  the most vocal, extreme, oppressive, intrusive members of any belief system, while a minority, are always the party most responsible for exacting change, be that change social, legal, or spiritual in nature.  it's the case in nearly every revolution i can think of.
