Will Joorch ask Jesse Ventura if he's Varla Ventura's father?

DocHolliday

I'm in Kyrgyzstan at the moment and listening on iHeartRadio. There is no escaping the suck of Snoorge.

Jesse Ventura talking about playing with gray whales in the ocean and sticking his feet off the edge of the boat near them.

George: "And they didn't chomp them off?"
Jesse: "Well no we aren't in their food chain".
George: " That's right!"

Or "whash it's like to have a freeway named after yewww?"

karios8

George is completely lost talking to Ventura. He cant wait for callers

Immy

It's painful to hear The Fool try like crazy to stay on the fence and not react, pro or con, to Jesse's topics. The most opinionated thing he's said is "Ugh!"

karios8

He nearly shit his pants when he tried to steer away from gay discrimination and ventura kept talking about it hehe

Dr. Sax

He thinks he's just being "fair and balanced". The insulting thing is he thinks the audience is so stupid they can't see through him.  Someone should give him a massive dose of LSD-25 and put him in a sensory-deprivation tank. And leave him there.

Immy

No clue about every aspect of Jesse's show.

Hour long?
Nope.

Who books the guests?
Um, no guests.

Pay or free?

There's your eight hour prep.  ::)

Immy

Of all the questions a competant interviewer could ask someone who's had a sit down with Castro:

"Did he have a lot of security?"

*facepalm* x10

Listening to George & Jessie discuss Cubas "great education and medical" systems. Yes because Cuba is constantly giving the world cures to diseases and new inventions. What a joke. I want to like Ventura because he is at least agains our joke of a government but then he talks about how great Cuba is and it's just sad.

Izintit?

The only thing missing from the Jesse Ventura interview was somebody to conduct the interview.  I could hear George from time to time, but it’s amazing how he's made himself so completely irrelevant.  Australian dream guy, Robert Moss, must have known this and decided to steamroll his way through George and take control of his segment.  Well done, mate.  I particularly liked his concept that we should treat the symbolisms of our reality as if they were dreams, and treat our dreams as if they were reality.  Favorite George quote of the night: "I'm with you, Jesse.  I'm a buff on that."

Yes. That was Joorch trying to match Ventura on the JFK conspiracy. He went on with this: 'It's universal how many people think it is now a conspiracy'. This is not only meaningless, but precisely not what he was trying to say. 'It's remarkable how many people now accept that it was a conspiracy' would be nearer the mark. It isn't universal, and it hasn't suddenly become a conspiracy. Yet again, you're left marveling that someone who has spent his 'career' in broadcast media and apparently has a degree in media communications can let himself utter these nonsenses and either be unaware of it or be too damn lazy to bother correcting it.

Noory and Ventura were well matched.  Both are self-promoting jackasses who's careers are based on being fakes.

I know Ventura says this but is there any reliable third party data which backs up his claims?

Birdie

Last night was just painful. I like Jesse, but Jorch's inane comments and interjections were more annoying than usual (I love that my spell check recognizes and corrects the word Jorch now, lol!). He was either trying to brown nose or he was simply swimming out of his depth. Or both.
The second guest seemed like an arrogant blow hard. Blah. Maybe tonight will be better. Haha.

BUD/S CLASS 58.  Served in UDT 12  and reserve SEAL Team One during Vietnam conflict.

Like him or not (I don`t), he`s a frogman, and he deserves that respect.

"buy X at X-slash George. That's X at X slash George." Every time I hear that I find I actually want to DO it...snick, snick!! right across his smarmy face, like Zorro on a rampage!! Slash, trash, and cut the fool down!! "That's X at slash George!"

He was a Navy diver; not a "frogman".  He let slip last night that he worked on the construction of the Diego Garcia base, indicating he was a construction diver working with SeaBees. He was a never a SEAL, as kiss-ass Noory called him, and as he tried to pass himself off for years.

My father-in-law was a real combat frogman in WWII; sent in to blow up beach obstacles before Marine landings the Pacific with only flippers and a face mask, so I have no patience for Ventura's history of phony self-promoting inferences.  The day he interrupts someone calling him an ex-SEAL and says "No! Don't confuse my construction diver job with what those guys do." Being a Navy diver is a tough and dangerous job, no need to puff himself up further.

You are INCORRECT, sir. Trust me on this; Ventura IS a former frogman. Period.  He graduated BUD/S class 58 (PLEASE research it) and served as a UDT/ SEAL (slightly different before the 80`s, but cross-trained to do the same tasks) 1970-1975. I don`t much care for the idiot he has become, but he is a brother, and due all the appropriate respect he has earned.

Plus he kicked butt in Predator and was a hilarious WWF announcer. "Painless is waitin..."

What's your take(anybody)on his lawsuit against Chris Kyle and now Kyles widow? When I first heard if it, I thought he was wrong to sue the widow, but after finally learning the details, I'm not so sure. It is a sordid mess, that is for sure.
