Clark County handles Nye County's autopsies, Vegas is a cesspool.  You get people who don't know how to handle their drugs and liquor moving there, visiting there or just raised in that culture. They don't announce the numbers for deaths needing autopsies like they do in other cities, it looks bad for the city's reputation. Last year's budget for the Medical Examiner's office went up something like $15-16M.

Do you think the person in what is now known at "the carnival photo" is the same person that is in the "only other photo"?  I don't.  The nose does not match at all, for starters.  I still believe the person in "the carnival photo" is a boy.  I think HW pointed her listeners to her friend's facebook page, just to get them to stop asking for more pictures.  The "friend" went along with the scheme and posted the photo.  Another thing.....if you were a close friend of a famous person who died, and you were supposed to be "his legacy", would you make part of your legacy site a memorial or tribute, with pictures of you and said famous person TOGETHER?  As close as they were, you mean to tell me there are NO PICTURES of her working with Art???  It boggles the mind.  Who would believe that?  My theory is that she is possibly STILL in the sex industry, and feels she can't show her face to the world because of that.  The 2nd reason is that just maybe she DID TRANSITION to female somewhere along the line.  The 3rd reason is that she is somehow physically impaired and knows that if this were seen (known), it would ruin her image with fans.  If you can think of another real reason for the "no photo" thing I'd like to hear other theories.

I agree, the nose between the two photos is the most different, but this can be explained by the 26 year difference between the photos. As we age, the cartilage in our nose and ears is the one thing that continues to grow. Part of the reason is her head is tilted slightly back in the Forward lighting (carnival photo) and side lighting (publicity photo), also make a difference.

As for the rest, a few points: 1. Some people are phobic about having their picture taken. They need not be ugly or crippled - most who suffer this look fairly average. I am also phobic about this through life such that now there are only about a dozen photos of me in existence and only 3 have been digitized. From my vantage point, I don't take photos of myself with famous people I've met because it is not how I remember the event. I remember looking at the famous person and not through a third-party looking at us. I cherish the memory more than a photo. This phobia might be hereditary. I only have one hazy picture of my paternal grandmother who lived in the age of photography, but I have dozens of memories, one of which involve her whispering "no no no" and blushing when the camera was aimed her way. I would have asked to save her driver's license, except one problem - she never learned to drive. But she raised 5 kids, cooked, sewed, and painted and lived a good life.

2. Heather is/was a tom boy. She has talked on the air about rebuilding muscle cars and refusing to wear anything pink or purple here on site. The trans rumour does not fit - and is based on context of a hint of lip shadow in one photo!?  Friday on air, she akwardly compared those who got the transgender surgery to getting a tattoo. On another show, she teased the trannies as callously as any political forum here about the bathroom issue. If she had any transgender fans, all but those with the thickest skin have probably moved along, including the old lady cat trannies*. While she is not a hater, she does not give a rat's ass about anything LGBT, either.

3. I doubt she still works in the sex industry, and her own time in that industry as a PSO was out of necessity as she described the work as repulsive. (No disagreement from me there)
