Its good to hear Art doing several commercials during the breaks.
Perhaps Art could pre-record some bits for the breaks and even become the new announcer for saying the phone numbers, etc.?
Maybe Art could even pre-record some other bits during the day safe periods, that could be included with the live shows?
Even some non-live participation would be good.

The call might have been separate from someone else, unrelated to the other incidents?
Who was the guest on the show that night of the call, that the caller must not have wanted to be heard on the air?

Now, see, these are interesting questions.

Art had not announced on his show the intruder incident that preceded it by a few days IIRC.  (Hope I got the sequence right.)  Which means if the phoner was an opportunist who listened to MITD, he could only have been connecting it to the cable breakage & drive-by shooting incidents of the previous months.  Of course that's how long it might've taken him to get the Bells' phone number.

I & others have tried to connect the show topics or guests w/o success so far.  That's why my guess is that the responsibility lies with a nut who doesn't care about the content of the show, but only the radio waves.

What pisses me off is that trolls feel seemingly invulnerable sitting behind their keyboard with spaghetti sauce on their t shirt typing their stupid bs.Why did Heather (and Art) feel compelled to answer (in detail) the situation-probably just to set the record straight-the full truth does set one free.If most posters remember Art and the show have been  attacked since it went on the air.(Internet connection cut,harassing phone calls and more leading to the gunshots witnessed by neighbors etc). What is the motivation of these PERSISTENT attacks is the key question.Time will tell,although market share ie money is still at the top of my list.Truth to tell Art is an institution who was in the process of creating a world wide radio show-a first as far as i can tell.My hope is that the detectives involved catch this guy and link him to whoever is behind this.nuff said.
