I would imagine in the middle of serving her and LNM legal papers and "cease and desist orders" while claiming copyright that it is unlikely that Keith has had time to send the shows over as a gesture of good will for her to use and distribute as she sees fit.  I can't imagine that he is too thrilled with Heather asking people to cancel their subscriptions on paypal in a manner that will cost him the maximum amount of financial pain.  I also don't believe that he has looked past what she and MV have said about him.  I would also think that he does not need her putting them up as "midnight in the desert" archives*...

Maybe after all of the drama is done, and the lawyers are no longer involved he would send them over?

*Would it also weaken his case for owning the show and the name?  If he handed them over could a good lawyer twist that to argue Keith recognizes Heather's claim to ownership?

Is Keith's offer of a six month window for her to return still on the table?

It's funny that Heater's biggest fans are cancelling subscriptions that would guarantee their access to years worth of her shows. Are these people seriously downloading them all? What a waste of hard drive.

Just an update on Art's autopsy, a lieutenant with the Sheriff's Department just told me they have not heard back, and have now reached out to the medical examiner to find out why it has been delayed. I know from my experience in the newsroom, it takes about 30 days to get the results, because of the length of time it takes for the tox screen to come back. So it is definitely a couple of weeks past due, especially if it was just simply from COPD.

Let's face it, Joe Meth and evil Michael Vara (eMV) have their own special defective ways that would create a much more hospitable atmosphere for somebody who believes her sycophants like HLW.
