My first prediction for next year. Cam and the Carolina Panthers win Super Bowl LXI

That's 11 years from now. Do you think he will still be playing?

Today is the best day of the year but also the worst. Sad that the season is over. I am thankful that I have found NHL but find it hard to gamble on.

Now that they've been exposed, they may not ever make it back.

Did Ted Ginn Jr drop any passes today?  He couldn't hold on to the ball here, so the 49ers finally got rid of him

Pats win next year
.......Again?  Actually that might be Brady's retirement party. But I think he'll stick around for at least another couple of years

yup..cant think of any one else...my guess is its one of Pats, Seattle or Arizona...maybe outside shot of Texans if they get a QB

my Bucs are a few years away still

I feel the biggest play of the game was the incomplete pass that went to review and the call was upheld. Mike Cary had that one wrong ( no surprise).

i think the Miller strip that went for  TD was it..set the tone

that and the Panthers offense just never getting...pretty much anything going

During most of the first half Cam had a deer in the headlights look, imo.

that play was right after the incomplete pass. Panthers should had the ball on the 40ish and the next play call might have been a hand off

Or maybe when Cam stepped back from the fumbled ball which basically ended the game.  That was an example of not leaving everything out on the field and I suspect he'll catch some heat for that one.

Yep, sorry, you're right

Carolina played something like 4 teams that ended up with winning records this season, a pretty soft schedule.  No one really believed in them until they routed Seattle and Arizona in the playoffs.

The top teams one year play a much more difficult schedule the following year.  We'll see how they do

I lost a tad bit of respect for Cam Newton when he didn't bare his head or quit playing with his shoulder pads during the anthem. I lost a bunch last night in his taped MVP acceptance speech when he thanked everyone except his team mates.

I didn't notice him stepping back I saw him JUMP the heck away from the ball :)

Hi zeebo, sweetie. Had he already given up and didn't feel like rasslin' with the boys and risking an injury?

The NFC South was a total mess this year.  It was like a whole different league. AFC South wasn't much better

Tiges my dear, when ya got 2 mins. left for a possible hero's drive downfield to win the SB ..  NFL code of honor says "Jump on the damn ball" not "Deftly dance away from it".   ;)

He has a lot of growing up to do. A lot. Losing tonight and how he deals with it will say quite a bit about his character.  I was chopping tomatoes so only listened to the anthem. Btw Lady Gaga was great
