Heya Nancy, guess it's harry carry time.. I've been listening maybe since the 3rd episode.. and I'm not hearing much of a wrap-up show (since art started up). I'd guess about 10 minutes of your 2hr slot is spent on Art's show?? I end up missing Art alot, so was soooo happy for a wrap up show (a la robhasapodcast).. but have yet to hear one.

It's very weird you're complaining about RCH's slot, and contemplating going paid. I have enough issues getting Art paid, so hope you stay free in some sense. I do like your podcast as is, and would still tune in if another wrap up show was done (you n' lasha do a damn good job). Hope you can take a peek at Rob's work (google robhasapodcast).. it was such a blast to have an indepth wrap-up show after watching an episode of whatever. Now with Art back, good lord do I want a wrapup!

This is true. However, I have yet to hear a MITD that really inspires further discussion. They've really been rather vanilla. The excitement of Art returning at all is really overshadowing whatever message whatever guest has, thus far.

I can only assume that this has been the script for some sort of manufactured unscripted drama, because there is not a snowball's chance in Hell that Richard C. Hoagland is going to lose that slot any time soon. And if he does, I don't see whinging as a compelling argument in support of a claim to the #2 rung.

Honestly, I would like to listen to Bella-Haven BEFORE MITD. (YOU know, during the Spec Sheet/ Gabcast slot, when Spec Sheet and GabCast are not on, which is a lot of the time.) They could do their usual variety show, maybe  with Redacted on as a substitute sometimes, to give her a chance to show everyone what she can do as a Show Host,  and they could have a regular bit on "MITD Last Nite", Then I could listen to MITD, Then I could listen to Hoagie, then I could go to sleep

How can anyone Not love these girls and Bella-Haven ( I might be a tad biased)   Your show is great as is. Anything you do is just going to make it better. I am glad however that you both can take the infamous Bellgabbers criticism. Because it seems that no matter what you do, someone will find fault and gripe about it. Build the audience, do the best show you can and voila' Big time! Or at least a slot on DMDN . Who knows. It's been 25 shows. See what its like after 100 or 200 shows.
I for one of many many am a fan.

Absolutely wonderful post, and thank you, centaurie, for setting this out so clearly. You don't have to tell an organization-nerd like myself to get a little structure going on. I used to diagram sentences for fun, with colored pencils and rulers.

Right now, I'm going back through Soundcloud and labeling all the shows with the date and the proper reference to Art's particular show. The MITD recap will be the first new thing that we incorporate.
