My three favorite bands/artists are Tori Amos, Rush and Bob Mould.  I can't and don't try to explain it.

Answered, & answered.  "Let police investigate the call" -- as if he were getting in their way!  If there's any useful info to be gotten from the call record, it would be investigated secretly.  You'd have to be an idiot to reveal publicly that you were getting info on where the call came from.  I'm sure Art has sought legal & technical help on the matter, and is proceeding confidentially if he can at all.
