Never mind I found my own answer. Not that I agree with bringing up someone's horrible family troubles. I don't. But as a celebrity one has to expect this is coming.

It will be interesting to see what else develops out of this situation, but I suspect not much.

Interestingly enough, over the past few days ive gotten alot of PMs here with some very interesting information and links. Art bell seems to threaten litigation at the drop of a hat in an attempt to control a narrative and censor information, speculation and opinions he doesnt like. Attempts to bully website and blog owners to remove posts/comments (LAST CHANCE and I'll see you in court!!! Right Art?), throw around the name of his attorney and then go away quietly when they call his bluff. I'm sure many have folded from the pressure, but many have not.

If Art wants to come after me for posting information in a public video (He never went after the creator of the video,hmmmmm.....) there is a process he can start at anytime. Arts made his little comments to "flex his muscles" for his cheering section and try to intimidate me, but i'm sure by now he realizes I'm not too concerned.

I would hope this would never be taken that far but  the second it seems it really might be, he can deal with my attorney(s) along with the PR shitstorm that will surely follow. Right now certain topics are pretty much contained to places like this and the chans but that would no longer be the case. I would be willing to bet anons, trolls and agitators would come out of the woodwork. probably wouldnt be pretty.

I'm alot of things but I never crossed the line into any territory that could get me in legal trouble. Of course, its his right to test this if he wants to spend the money, take the PR hit and deal with repercussions of being a celebrity attempting to use his money and power to bully someone to censorship... However, Art is better served using that time  , energy, effort and cash to find the stalker and terrorist who have his family held hostage with fear. IF he really thinks I'm the stalker (he doesnt because he knows and I know there is no stalker...) he best get the authorities involved. Hope he doesnt lie to them-

I would imagine that you can't libel DP in the same way that you can't libel Heather. Neither of them has a real world identity that you can attach to them, so it would be difficult, if not impossible, to prove that they had been injured in any way by what someone says about them on a forum. It's like trying to punch air, there is nothing tangible to hit. If DP wanted to make an issue of it, he'd need to go public and claim that his personal or professional reputation had suffered. Which is unlikely. Art didn't say that he was the stalker in so many words anyway, of course, so he can't be nailed for that.

honestly even if he had said "DarKPenguiN is the stalker!!!" I doubt theres anything i could do and even if there were- i wouldnt pursue it other than to make jokes about it.

If she is that protective of her privacy that she wants to give nothing out about herself (and fair enough, that is her right, but she is probably in the wrong job if that's her attitude) then it is reasonable to conclude that she would not give out her real name. I'm sure you could triangulate things (if you were that interested, with enough time on your hands) if you had an actual name to go on. It would be only a matter of time before you could get all sorts of details. It's smart on her part, and I can't imagine she would do anything else in her situation.

I expect Art said, 'look, we can't call you '(Redacted) because this isn't the GabCast, and you are not catering to a bunch of BellGabbers. So she called herself 'Heather' and that got everyone off her back while she was producer. Now she has more of a profile people are wanting to know other stuff. That's just life these days, rightly or wrongly.

As it stands, how can she prove she is being harmed, other than that people have said mean things about her and it isn't very nice? If you are going to make a complaint about someone you have to show how you have been harmed, inconvenienced, or whatever, by that person or group of people. She couldn't say, if that isn't her real name, that being libelled has hindered her from getting another job,  or that her relationships with other people have suffered. If she has not established a real world identity for herself then you are libelling a shadow. It's difficult to talk of 'rights' without responsibilities. At the moment I can't see that she has a case.
