Why are you posting yet another version of that same story? Do you think repetition on the internet means things are true?

no.....it is only your repetition that makes things true.

I'm not sure why Mebee is getting all the hate.  He's making a salient, rational point which happens to be a pet peeve of mine too.  What is the onus on broadcasters to properly vet their information before disseminating it?  Should entertainment trump truth?  What are the consequences to society of supporting misconceptions about science and about government or religious authorities?  I think these are valid topics we should be able to discuss without attacking each other for bringing it up.

I already responded to this. It's due to a shift in the location of MAGNETIC north. It has NOTHING to do with Earth's rotational axis or orientation in space. You are continuing to expose the ignorance which has led you to believe the "axis shift" stories.

sorry...have been quoting science journals, government anomaly websites and the Inuit. Is that wrong of me? Mr Mebee asked for sources.

Precisely which part of what I have said do you believe to be untrue, and why? Please be SPECIFIC.

sorry...forgot how you have a pristine laser-like hot-burning focus on all that is true.

My bad.

Er... wut? I think you don't know the meaning of the term.

No need to wax obtuse and dramatic. It would be nice if you actually read and responded to what I say.

When did I say there WASN'T an existing instrument called "Lucifer"?? Do you even know what the discussion is about?

Actually, the producer of the film said, early on, that he was contacting NASA. There has been zero evidence shown that any of the supposed "elders" have done so. On the other hand, where did I say that ANYBODY hadn't contacted NASA? That is SOOO beside the point. What about the supposed reality of what they are translated to CLAIM about what is happening in the sky??

Bingo. It's all too easy to call someone a Premiere stooge rather than discuss the issue at hand. Hiding behind the entertainment shield is bogus when listeners who haven't cracked a book in ten years run with rubbish like the Inuit elder story. That's all it is - conspiracy drivel with no basis in science. Art should take greater care in what he decides to put on the air in the future.

The sun did NOT actually "rise early". It can APPEAR to do so due to the Novaya Zemlya effect. Why am I bothering to post this stuff? You are CLEARLY not reading it.

How can you not understand that the world's astronomers, by the THOUSANDS, would know if that had happened?

Is the National Geographic too 'flaky' for you? Just wondering

http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2011/03/110316-japan-earthquake-shortened-days-earth-axis-spin-nasa-science/

You are posting a Gish Gallop of unrelated items and I'm getting tired of repeating myself. I DID NOT say that earthquakes don't affect Earth's rotation and axis! In fact, I said that they DO have those effects, but NOT TO A DEGREE VISIBLE TO THE NAKED EYE!!

Will it help you to see what I post if I YELL at you?

All the Inuit are saying is that they have noticed it...and it's very unusual. And, from all the articles I have been posting here, it looks like NASA and National Geographic and Scientific American and so....all agree. Something's up. They have even been astonished to find ice caps on Mars, a slight atmosphere on the moon, a living world of Mercury and a dynamic volcanic Pluto.

Just sayin

That is, you know, the kind of thing I would want Art Bell to mention....wouldn't you?

I'm not going to another link unless you say SPECIFICALLY what I am supposed to see there. You STILL haven't done so with that earthquake site. Why? All you said is "scroll down". Scroll down and see WHAT??

RoseGirl

oh please note...by living world of Mercury...I did not mean little green men. Referring to geography and terrain.

So now I have to find the sources for you as well as read them for you?

fuck off

NOTHING you have posted has supported the story in question. I have taken the time to explain why, but you just ignore it. You are the quintessential, deep down the rabbit hole, lost cause, confirmation-bias-wielding conspiracy theorist. You are incapable of accepting anything which doesn't conform to your preconceived beliefs.

And you wonder why you get ridiculed.

Yes. It may have been the most fact-filled post you have made. It's just you, capitulating whilst declaring victory.
