In 17 years, assuming he isn't dead or in a mental institution, Mr. Fuckhole will spin an imaginary tale about how the bellgab podcast stole his intellectual property and cost him thousands of dollars in sales of his non-existent product. And no one will care.

Oh! One huge puzzle piece that was never mentioned in the whole Mr. fidget thread was the issue of a large group of would-be purchasers that were left in the lurch because of that assault. He could've answered that at any point but neglected to and I don't know why. So I'd still like to know how many people lost five dollars if any? Because this was supposedly the issue that pissed Art off.
Less than 1500 total, more than 1000, 23 from the 2009 re-debacle.

A majority are still unresolved.

I have had no lease, no facilities in which I was able to do business from, and not much in the way of resources. Frankly I've had an inability to move forward in any manner while routine questions led to my re-living the above recounted situation, in order to answer.
Of the $5000 deposited, in one deposit it was disbursed: 2500 to ex-partner, 700 to non-profit consultant, $90/mo to p.o. box, and 750/mo on a car I lived out of while trying to get through this. It did not take long before I was underwater.
Thanks for a question about what happened, instead of an insult, I hope my explanation will suffice.

ps. Everyone take a deep breath and slowly exhale, again, and relax.

If it weren't for Art and this forum, the only one talking about you would be you.

You knew what you were calling into... not a leg to stand on... oh yeah no money for an attorney either.
Your so funny, you really are going places. The law is not concerned with your opinion, trust me.
    Privacyrights.org:
California law does not allow tape recording of telephone calls unless all parties to the conversation consent (California Penal Code 632), or they are notified of the recording by a distinct "beep tone" warning (CPUC General Order 107-B(II)(A)(5)). However, tape recordings can legally be made if an individual or members of one's family are threatened with kidnapping, extortion, bribery or another felony involving violence. The person receiving the threats can make a tape recording without informing the other party. (California Penal Code 633.5)

It could be argued that calling in is "consent," but I think an advisement could save the energy of the argument.
These little details are the kind of things that cause problematic results.

This fucker needs to be banned, since he's now making stupid threats.

There was no threat. BS.
Just some circumspect understanding.
Trying to help plug the hole I did not walk through.

Mr. Fidget
ps. No intent to cause Bellgab any problem at all.

Mr. Fidget

I'd like to make one thing clear.

I have NEVER in my life attacked another human being on offense. I have never been charged with an act of physical violence, let alone convicted.
As a young man I attended an aikido dojo, and have the spirit of a "peaceful warrior."  In every instance of self defense in my life, the attacker's have had a variety of unexpected consequences, and one was hospitalized.
I have never as much as taken a swing at anyone, no one need fear me causing physical harm.

Mr. Fidget
ps. Deep breaths, relax, be patient.

Can we trade him for Falkie?  I'm serious.  At least I'm pretty sure I'm serious.

That is cruel and unusual punishment with either nutcase. I'll report you to the court of human rights. You cruel and heartless liberal.

As one keen to make things clear, you have a chronic inability to understand it when others tell you they would rather you not post here.

Is it you don't understand or are you simply unable to connect the words 'fuck off' with you?

I wonder how patient people would be with you in person? I'm guessing it would last less than two minutes before they walked away from you.

He isn't being cool Micheal
..anyone else think Fucker is being uncool?  He was pitiful, now he's like a dose of thrush.

Mr. Fidget

I'm glad you are who you are,
and I welcome any thoughtful question pertaining to relevant specifics of my saga. Eventually the status quo will become more broadly understood.
In no way did I threaten legal action. I mearly pointed out the liability potential and suggested a solution.

Mr. Fidget
ps. No need to ban me, better yet, I'll just walk away.
It's all matter of hysterical PROfundity now.

The solution is stay away from phones and the internet.

McPhallus

He's claimed at least 50 times that he'll leave, only to come back shortly thereafter as if nothing ever happened.

I've been on your side mr fidget up until this passive-aggresive post of yours.
I gave you every opportunity on the show and let you tell your story. Now you are quoting recording statues to somehow threaten us.
Let me explain one thing here.
By your voluntary call into a LIVE BROADCAST that is also recorded for people to download, which btw is not exactly a secret that we record the show, you gave implied consent to the show and the rebroadcast including your VOLUNTARY participation in it. You had no reasonable expectation of privacy because it is a public broadcast.

If you pulled this shit with art, I understand why he banned you!

b_dubb

it's been interesting watching him self destruct.  but seriously ... switch to decaff man.

McPhallus

Dude's last two posts were getting creepy.

Fuck Justin Bieber!  Take your hand off my penis!

jazmunda

What eddie said.

How can a guy call in to a live broadcast that is advertised as being live on air and available to the public worldwide for download and then expect the call to be private. Surely all rights to privacy are forfeited when calling in to said live broadcast.

If you didn't think this guy was delusional beforehand then surely there is no doubt now.

Mr Fidget's revisionist history of even recent events throws doubt over his whole recollection of his own series of unfortunate events.

I say ban the guy.

Comment of the thread. The General zings it again.

Reading BellGab often leads me to believe that there is no Mrs <insert poster here>.

At least Casio has Ling Ling.
