Even here governor dumdum is carving out exceptions for the big counties with too many daily cases to meet his "metrics" for reopenings in the next few days.  Something lit a fire under these guys and it wasn't the daily cases which have remained pretty flat.  These reopenings are as herd-driven monkey-see-monkey-do as the lockdowns were and make the whole thing look ridiculous.

I have been watching more and more people questioning the narrative. My mother even said "while I'm not a conspiracy theorist..." That is an understatement. Until now I have never heard her so openly question things...

And then today our premiere said “We cannot continue indefinitely to impair the social and economic â€" as well as the mental health and physiological health of the broader population â€" for potentially a year for an influenza that does not generally threaten life apart from the elderly and the immunocompromised..."

“The average age of death from COVID in Alberta is 83. And I remind the house (the senate) that the average life expectancy is 82.”

And then he decided that the state of emergency will not be renewed when it expires on June 15th.

Needless to say, the snowflakes are having a melt down...

It's the switching narratives on a relative dime that really astounds me. I knew politicians were agile creatures but this leaves me breathless.  I wonder what spooked them.  Really hoping CA would stay locked down for a year just to see the social unrest and prove out the experts' theories, but now we'll never know and the experts can crawl back under their rock shaking their fists in ignominy.

It will be hilarious watching the new hymnals get distributed and who gets them first.  I see the WHO is not advising masks any more generally so now they will be the devil/hero depending on your persuasion and hopefully the whole charade can end.

It seems to me like people are re-opening in the same way they shut down- mostly by their own judgement. I was a little high but in my region I recall that businesses were closing or going to online/pickup voluntarily because although they may act like idiots people are not stupid. Well on average anyway, acting in their own self interest, they have the ability if not the inclination to say hey, I don’t want to keep my donut shop open right now with a bunch of sickfuks in and out all day. Or hey, I don’t want to go get donuts right now with a bunch of sickfuks. Or hey I’m a sickfuk so I’m not going to work in the donut shop today. So yeah lots of local businesses were shutting down, appointment only, or some reduced public capacity mode before we were officially ordered into lockdown. And now, just as Elon opened his plant and his stupid county gave him tentative permission a day or two later, people around here are all just like STFU- I’ve got donuts to make and I’ve got living to do. Life is short. Too short to not get laid paid. I can’t wait around for my vaccine pony which shits rainbows for make the world safe. This is when every particular individual needs say wait...! Am I Nurse Ratchet, Chief Broom, or Randall Patrick FuckinMcMurphy?

The 2008 recession and real estate bubble burst, should have resulted in lower realty prices and cheaper rent, but banks continue to keep foreclosed properties off the market to keep supply short, prices and property taxes high. 

Most, mom and pop business, could barely make a living as it was, but with the, become a shut-in hustle, there was just no further use in staying open.  The economic wipeout has been eminent for quite awhile.  The virus hoax is just cover for bank fraud. 

People are no longer so afraid of the virus that they won't leave the house and riot in the streets, which is what the other point of the bio-terror is intended to prevent.  Problem is, police are dumbshits who think that the recommendations are actually martial law, so they start the shit that was intended to be prevented.
