Ha! There was an invasion of google* troops recently in my 'hood. They cut up the streets and put up temporary stop signs everywhere laying fiber-optic cable. I was waiting for the elite TWC* shock-troops to take them out but I guess they were busy helping the Executrix Producer.

I hope they go after him for it. I doubt, not sure, he has many assets to go a civil route (likely "judgement proof" as folks say.) The other thing is he talks so quickly, that hopefully, listeners/hackers couldn't get the correct spellings and digits and nobody is ID Thefting you (and the others he mentioned.) I recall some of those shows but didn't record. But thought, at the time, "this has to be illegal?"

Lilyea and I both submitted complaints to the VA OIG on July 8.  I submitted my research file and 45 min of MP3 audio files to investigators.  The investigation is still ongoing and I cannot comment too much other than to say that they don't like DD very much or Gary States.  I have never seen the VA move so fast.

Gary States works at the VBA Muskogee, OK.  They have conducted an internal investigation and the VA Office of Privacy and Records Management took over the investigation, I talked to a Federal Investigator in Washington DC last week.

I think there is likely other Federal and State laws that could also be used? And civil options, but, as I said, I doubt he has much assets to take? (I could be wrong though.)

States and Dietrich are being investigated and it is up to the VA and Federal Investigators how they will prosecute them.  It also involves State laws in CA and OK which they have also violated.  The Fed will take its time but I can assure you that it is happening,

This is the end of Dietrich.  He went too far using Gary States to attack veterans and slander them.  He is a total failure and an idiot.
