When I was a kid my dad had a cabin in Maine and he took us out for fish at this little place with knotty pine wood paneling. I remember I had fried clams and they were whole fried clams, stomachs and all. Being a kid I didn't like them that much.

Never really liked shellfish either, just steamed "bottlenecks" at the annual bar "pig-roast" years ago.  I could eat a couple dozen of them.

Most years I could eat for free if I volunteered to help with the prep, like scrubbing all the clams.

I love to cook but we really don't have affordable, good quality fresh ingredients or herbs.  And I can't see driving all the way to Corning or Elmira (90 min roundtrip) to investigate other options.

If you like and use fresh herbs, they are really easy to grow. Just walk out back and cut yourself some basil or whatever. And when I buy green onions, I put the root bulb in the ground and voila, another green onion will grow back.

That is very odd.  Moon has been working on an updated edition of the vampire book and sent Dietrich the manuscript for further editing.  What sort of editor/publisher does that?  And for shit like the use of apostrophes, hyphens, and commas?  He could use Grammarly for free and scan through the entire manuscript in no time at all.

As for the first of the 3 book trilogy, we have not heard them even mention it in months.  It seemed to disappear around the same time they were discussing a contract being signed (which was not signed).  The entire working relationship between the two is very confusing and unordinary.
