My sadful story last night about the kids today and their discarded plastic water bottles... Washing about on our Palm Beach Florida ocean frontage,  makes me want to cry.

It's such a sham that the kids today claim to be "green".. As they tote around plastic water bottles.
While knowing that my generation "truly" saved the planet from the environmental scourge of the beer-can removeable pull tab..

Great story, WC...im a proponent of water filters in the home and at businesses...keep the bottles to a minimum...

Also, the plastic bottles leach more petroleum contaminates which are more harmful than the standard plumbing in the US water system... Flint excluded...

And lest we never forget .. We sacrificed a generation of Hippie Artworks to save the planet .. When we banned the beer-can removable pull tab..

Also what has happened over the past decade that has caused everyone to be so dehydrated. Everywhere you go now people need to have their water bottles, often guzzling from it.

Though on a good note I'm seeing more and more facilities that offer you the ability to fill up your water bottle, instead of buying new plastic ones. Of course the same people that feel the need to have a water bottle constantly on their person likely shuns water-fountains and so won't use.
