And the all-night girls they whisper of escapades out on the D-train

But she just makes it all too concise and too clear
That Johanna's not here
The ghost of electricity howls in the bones of her face

I was looking at a book about Scalia at Barnes and Noble yesterday.  His reasoning in Citizens United was that denying corporations the right to free speech also affected the small business.  He believed that no entity should have their freedoms restricted.  I'm really not doing him justice by paraphrasing.  He obviously had a very liberal interpretation of who should have free speech and I'm not sure that I agree with it but his reasoning was sound.
