Okay, I'm listening to May 16.  I'll let you know.

bigchucka

My deep research doesn't show Wells being on with Jones recently...

paladin1991

I'm not finding it either.  Maybe Caravan to Nowhere?

bigchucka

Haven't listened to Ty Bollinger interview yet...

Huw Janus

I found it on YouTube a couple of weeks ago.  I was looking for info on JB's firing and the Alex/Wells loveFEST came up.

paladin1991

Okay. Thanks for the lead.

Caravan To Midnight - Episode 63 Douglas Dietrich

He goes off of Georgie in the first few minutes.

His show should be called, "Waaaambulance to Self-Pity."  For such a tough guy, he sure has thin skin.  Never thought he was a good fit for C2C or a particularly good radio host, and I'm glad he's gone.

bigchucka

He also goes off on someone on the DMRN.  Capricorn Radio...

Yep, what a crybaby Wells is.  There’s no cryin’ in baseball Johnny.  Lick your wounds in private and create something new.  Arrogant + crybaby = sickening combo

Makes for a real (_/*\_)HOLE!

He's very much like Mike Bara in that respect.  I bet they spend Festivus together so they can air their grievances about their critics with someone who cares.

The legitimacy of the News Triumverate represented by Coast to Coast AM, Alex Jones, and John B. Wells is as equivalent to the legitimacy of the news generated by the World Wrestling Federation.

It's alllll an act. Each of them, in their own particular way, take the news of real events, and then spin and mold them to fit whatever agenda each of them has.

This does not make them liars. This makes them... professionals.

Also, it was a delight to hear Wells aping Noory. "Hee-yer's wut's goin on!!" Awesome.

Your thoughts on Jesse Ventura?

Always thought Alex Jones was a master at wording things.

Finally got around to listening to Caravan to Midnight.

Catching up on the shows,....

Wow. Just wow. I had NO idea of how much of a LUNATIC he is.

Some of the shit he says,......let go from C2C because you "tell the truth"?

Um,....no.

You are a kookapotamus.

Just a couple of guys sitting around raving.

I was listening the other day when he busted out,..."Let me tell you where the "N" word came from."

I went like this,...  ??? ??? ??? ??? ???

I keep going back because some of the guests are pretty interesting and still more edge than "Jorch" but MAN!

The first twenty minutes of each show always seem to contain jaw-dropping comments.

And I hate when he drops into his "English" accent. It's awful.

albrecht

He claims some "operatives" from C2C signed up for CTM to monitor his activities and also requested that he posts his guest list in advance. I also like that he calls George the "Capt Kangaroo of the air-waves."

Well, that's obviously true. The last part, doubly so.

In a way it is funny how the more alternative "conspiratorial" shows get into such feuds with each other (Alex Jones vs Jack Blood as one example). I wonder if JBW will actually sue the meddlers as he sort of threatened.

RedMichael

He has to prove that someone is meddling. On top of that, being a conspiracy theorist isn't going to help credibility when making accusations.

But honestly, the best thing for both shows is if he sues. Great publicity.

Well, someone is posting all of his shows on YouTube. Is it he himself? While then complaining about someone else meddling? Kind of bizarre. I think there are lot of relevant facts that we'll never have access to.

Quotebeing a conspiracy theorist

What does that even mean? Is that similiar to being a "card-carrying liberal?"

RedMichael

Oh is that what he was referring to as in meddling?

By conspiracy theorist I mean a joke. Like no one will believe him...cause he is a joke.

Birdie

Saw something interesting on the Coast to Coast Wikipedia page today (was trying to find info on ratings, Art vs. Jorch vs. John B.):

'On the February 4, 2014 episode of his "Caravan to Midnight" show, Mr. Wells stated that he thought he had been fired because he hated President Obama to the point where he can't bear the sight or sound of him such that he avoids "even speaking his [President Obama's] name," and that he thought President Obama is a communist.'

Ummhmmm.  :o
