This doesn't surprise me, he is going full on to "fundamentally change." And there might be some personal motives if one holds any credence to the the persistent rumors. But even if they aren't true at all- this singularity and focus of this character Obama on minor issues of the BLTQH "community," which his own CDC says is less than 3% of the population is bizarre. Excepting the promotion of open-borders and Islamic migration/jihad why this character chooses to focus so much attention and energy to this minor issue is beyond me! Not the economy. Not the problems of Veteran suicide (and their secret waiting lists and jokes about dying Vets at the VA.) Not the real problems in our schools. Not terrorism. Not about healthcare. I've known well one transgendered male/female and met two others socially. The one I know well has no interest in sex at all, has a daughter and far from having any nefarious intent on anyone, is one of the most kind, generous and supportive people I've ever met. The same can't be said of every heterosexual male I know or have met. It's weird how the vast majority of sexual assaults and rapes are perpetrated by straight males...There's probably an explanation.

I don't care much about the public toilet issue.  Stalls take care of that.  But locker rooms are a different and much more serious personal issue.  This rule forbids providing a transgender changing room, unless individual rooms are provided for all:

The only logical solution that would serve the greatest good would be to have a third bathroom/changing room option. That is if you apply the philosophy of Utilitarianism, which simply stated is: the belief that a morally good action is one that helps the greatest number of people.

These gender laws appear to do the complete opposite. They will harm not only the people who object to them but also the transgendered themselves. There will be deviants and sex offenders who will exploit these laws for their own purposes and people will be victimized. The transgendered will be viewed as the cause whether they've done anything wrong or not.

I'm pretty sure they've been using the bathrooms with no one objecting for many years now. I've met several at stores and my kids knew a cross dressing guy, who was fun to shop with. I can't see any of them wanting to attract this kind of attention.
