Bell: "That must've been painful."

Noory: "It was.  I was afraid I might have respiratory distress.  Fortunately, though, nobody ever dies from respiratory distress."

Bell: "You'd be surprised.  I had a wife who died in status asthmaticus."

Noory: "I'll remember to stay out of that country."
