I dont think she wants to be a broadcaster, it was never her intention.
Art threw her into this, and im not sure but she may have had a contract with Art, Rowland runs the network so he pays Art, and Heather works for Art, so Art pays Heather.
Art certainly doesn't need the money, so he may be paying Heather still at a loss for him if they had a contract, if so i have to respect him for that.

She said it was her dream though. We know she's a superfan, so I'm not sold on the narrative that it was never her intention. She sounded absolutely thrilled and natural when she was co-hosting. I hope sometime later she will speak on the experience, shed some light on what the fuck happened. I don't expect she will though as guarded as she is. She's going down with the ship, I'd admire that more if her loyalty served better people than Art and Keith.
