Lol its true, besides you don't even trust our own government, what makes you trust the Russian gov? Lol

I don't. I just don't think that by today's standards he's any worse than any other mainstream politician in the world. I also like how he drew world attention to our hypocrisy when he entered his country into the Syrian war. When he started bombing terrorists he was met with an astonishing critique from us: No! not those terrorists! They're our guys!  ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::)

Ah well.  I'm going to bail.  The power of positive thinking is the subject of Noory's interview now.
Good night. Watch and review a good, old movie. Much better reading for me than all this stuff and yer stuff is good.

I'm pretty sure it's not a display of unabashed altruism.  ;)

Still, I haven't noticed him bombing us. Seems like it's only Muslim extremists these days.  I really wouldn't worry too much about boogeyman Putin. There are so many other boogeymen and it's a movable feast.  :P

Don't we have enough enemies to deal with now? I just don't understand why everyone seems so desperate to make Russia an enemy again THEY"RE NOT EVEN COMMUNIST ANYMORE!!!!  ::)  :D

Because Putin shows an interest in reviving Russian dominion over the area of the former Soviet Union. He's already carved out parts of Georgia and Ukraine, (setting up puppet government'a in the former, annexing part of the latter.)

Lots of countries actively try to expand their empires. Us, for example. Seems like you're just projecting your shadow at Russia. There are worse now.

The Kissinger/ Zebrenski and neo-con stuff is passe. We need to get over the past and the Tribe history stuff. Russia could be friends (we screwed it up during revolution and post coldwar. Intentionally?  Common enemies: Muslims, Orientals, etc. Make up and kiss.

Wasn't suggesting that...but it seems like we've all been kissing a lot of Obama ass and are now getting primed to start puckering up for Hillary's derriere. I see Putin hiney as more of a pallet cleanser.  ;)

What would your sturmführer grandfather / father say to that?

Tough night to get interested in spiritual voyages to the stars.

The only country other than Russia  seriously trying to expand its "empire" is China, and it just got its knuckles slapped by an international court for trying to claim most of the South China Sea (and its islands) as its own. (Not that it's seriously going to stop it, mind you.)

As for Putin, he's successfully gotten away with invading two former Soviet republics and seizing territory. He's also been busy suppressing freedoms in Russia, seizing control of the press, and suppressing any real opposition. He's had a slew of his enemies murdered.

Keep touting the mainstream viewpoint, Juan! We all REALLY respect you for it!

Fucking spank!  ::) ;D

Kiss that laptop, caller.

The caller insists he was on the Titanic in a past life. I've actually met a few people that told me they felt like they were on the Titanic in a past life.

Have you ever wondered; we're told that ISIS, is making mega bucks from the oil fields they control. Why aren't these oil fields blasted into oblivion? I guess we can't touch those oil fields!
We don't touch those fields, but the Russians sure bomb them.  Funny that Putin came to the US for a very short trip, had a conference with Obama, and then started bombing those fields.  There are ways around everything.

It could effect global warming.  ;)
That's silly - so burning that oil in cars and factories would not have the same effect?

ISIS has lost about 45% of its territory in the past year or so. It's one of he factors in its more recent attacks in Europe.
Yeah.  We are told that attacks in the West turn Westerners against Muslims in general which enables them to recruit more people.
