Im less than 2 miles from the base, they usually dont fly over land that long, they go supersonic over the ocean, but the last 3 days they have been flying mostly over land, weird

then again from the online radar it seems its been storming off the coast of Florida, that would explain the flight plan change.

We're coming up on the end of the USG fiscal year.  Government agencies are busting their asses to spend the money they were allocated for FY2015, failure to do so could very likely result in decreased funding allocation for FY2016.  My educated guess is, if a/c are indeed flying more at this time compared to what people preceive them to fly ordinarily, it probably has something to do with spending op training funds before they expire in a couple weeks.  THis is esspecially true if the aircrew are behind in their mandatory flight hours for whatever reason.

quirky people might be fun to spend time with....I'm think the same way about Russell Brand. Thought he was the biggest dip shut until I saw him on a debate board with the Mayor of London, and a few other heavy weights. Sometimes I think people of genius are very different in so many ways....

I read Brand's article he wrote on Amy Winehouse after her death. It was very moving.

Yes it is, we go lucky here on the island, it did rain today, and we are supposed to get rain tomorrow, you may be correct sir..however we have had real bad storms here in the past and they still didn't show this much activity over land since i can remember, maybe im just a tad paranoid, and i dont believe in any of this Sept stuff

Rational, and sadly, an explanation I can believe. A crazy system but I've worked in some companies, large, where this "spend it or lose it" mentality existed. Not government but still. A bad business model but still.
