Not something to mess with. Get it looked at. Chiropractor or inversion bench might be an option too. Might just be a pinched nerve. Caffeine seems to lessen backpain whereas alcohol seems to  exacerbate it from my experience. A slipped disk can be dangerous. get it checke out Bro.
