I like to tune in with affiliates in the Southwest so I feel closer to George and Art.

Radio off.
Tuned to NPR.
Sound off.
Never.

[almost too quiet to hear] And next on NPR, we're going to hear about the coffee bean farmers in the hills of Peru, and their struggle to bring modernisation to the remote areas around the Urubamba Valley.  But first, 45 minutes of uninterrupted Polynesian nose-flute music. [/almost too quiet to hear]

Followed by the sad story of how modernisation of the Peruvian coffee industry is destroying both the local envirnoment and what's left of the indiginious culture.

And how the only way the coffee farmers can survive now is by growing coca.

I listen by leaving the radio tuned to a different station. I cannot stand George.

But it's Free Trade Coca!  So things may be turning around for the indig ppl.  To comment, we have Frank Gamboa, 19, a barista at Java Junkie of San Fran.

I "listen" by reading this site.  I get all of the highlights of his suckage without having to endure it.

Ok so you get the info, but you don't get the "suckage street cred" that way.   :P

As somebody who spent many years listening to the suckage night after night I am grandfathered in and have already served and sacrificed enough.  Noory has caused PTSD and I am only able to subject myself to short, accidental bursts of his spectacular stupidity.  I am now in official retirement but believe that my "suckage street cred" is secure and to even question it is treasonous.  I would advise you to tread lightly. 8)

If the Boory was an animal he wouldn't be a hawk.
The un-encyclopedia calls him 'the night-squirrel", but El Hefe Zeebo (pbuh) would never allow that. How dare they insult squirrels like that!
So, if Jorch was an animal . . . ? I'm thinkin something from the insect kingdom. The night-crawler?

A caller once asked about the Nighthawk, and said something about a bird.  George was taken aback, as if he hadn't thought of that.  He mumbled sumpthin' about birds not flying at night.

He said the name Nighthawk was from the airplane.

George is a moron.

Ah. The <something other than "Gossamer> Albatross".

Hey Mr. Noory, ask Tommy why people are always calling you an albatross.

I posit that one must have a thought to be taken aback to.  That said, sNoorge has only 3x5 cards (purportedly) or more likely, is a brainless pre-pupal reptilian whom the bigfoot robots rejected, and thus is caught in a Star Trek (Star Wars don't do that stupid shit) universe in some sort of ever diminishing time loop, which eventually closes on itself leaving the witnesses confused like Wolverine at the end of the latest precog general population sedative X-men movie;  in other words, no one but those present here will remember this character sNoorge, and will just think us old and febrile...

Dammit, I have said too much.  AGAIN!
