I think he should hire someone other than Keith to run his social media.
Hire someone for marketing.
Try to lineup actual radio affiliates, a couple affiliates in large cities will work wonders for caller diversity.

I know its goofy. I am really don't care at this time if Art comes back or not. I'm just tired of his games. I have moved on with my life. I don't listen to george noory or the weekend guest hosts on coast. Every now and then I listen to george knapp. If Art does come back to the air or podcast I will listen but I know he will just quit again. So I have really moved on from Art Bell and coast to coast am. I mainly listen to ground zero now to get my paranormal fix in. I wish that Art just stops messing with us and tell us what's really going on. That is it. If we all tell Art to shape up and get his act together, He will be the King of the paranormal again. Art is just fucking with us to see if we really give a shit about him. Im really tired of his "mind games".

In all seriousness I don't think he even needs to spend a cent. All he has to do engage his audience/fan base on the social media he has already (Facebook, Twitter & artbell.com). Radio silence does not build an audience or excitement.

However, I he wants to avoid being a niche podcast he will need mass marketing.
He really needs some radio affiliates really to accomplish what he wants to do. He has never been patient, so he need will want a large listener base. Only able to be accomplished with radio affiliates.
