Art's announcement has prompted me to pop out of the shadows to say hello and introduce myself!

I'm a long time fan of Art's. I first heard him around 1997, back when would deliver pizzas on third shift.
The nighttime, city streets and Art Bell were the perfect combination.
I was 18 back then.
I'm 35 now and still an avid Art fan. Last night I finally cancelled my C2C subscription and started up my XM.
Eagerly waiting the return of the master!!

I am a long time Coast to Coast AM prisoner--oops I mean listener. I've been around since Art Bell was farting and Puhrumping around and smoking with his pet cats in his cozy little home radio studio room with his webcam. And NO I do not care about Bell's return, nor would pay a dime to listen to radio.

I am here only because I am a fellow George Noory sufferer. I've suffered through too many a night with Snoory and had more frustrating and disappointing talk radio listening moments than I care to remember. And I've come here because I just can't handle that he just renewed his contract until God knows when. Of course Snoory fans will counter with, "well, if you don't like him, don't listen", but that's not really an option since I listen to Coast for the subject material, and not for how Snoory butchers the show. But also it's the principle of the thing and the idea that Premiere does nothing to improve the show, and like self-destructive fools, they do nothing to accept the advice from disappointed listeners! Apparently they'd much rather lose their audience.

I probably could go on and on about Snoory, but I see most of you here already have it covered, although there is always and endless amount to say about what Snoory is doing wrong. That thread which calls him "Jorch" is very funny.

Well that's about all I can say for now, but I appreciate that this site does provide a wonderful anti-snoory service so thanks for that. I just can't believe they renewed his contract when actually the man needs to be forceably/physically removed from the studio and banned from being within 100 feet of a broadcast microphone and that includes all possible radio studios. Don't get me wrong, it's not that I hate the man, I just don't think he belongs anywhere near radio with the exception of perhaps being a listener of someone else on a radio.

Hello all, I have been lurking this forum for some time now, much too long. Since the unfortunate downfall of the once great C2C show which hath been rooo-eeend by he who shall remain nameless (oh fuck it we all know his name). I've spent most of my time in the "George Noory Sucks" thread laughing my ass off at almost everything being said, reason being that I think almost all intelligent listeners of the former and soon to be redeemer of the throne of late night talk all seem to be on the same page. I have no idea who the hell Gulch Snoreon paid off to get his job but ya gotta give credit where credit is do, he sure as hell was able to bamboozle the fuck outta someone. I never really paid a whole lot of attention at the time of the turnover of the hosts so I can't even recall where the hell Gorch came from but holy mother of allah, whomever made that mistake should have been drawn and quartered long ago.

Anyway, just thought I'd finally step up to the plate, sack up, grow a set, and sign up.

I'll add thoughts from time to time because as I said I've lurked for longer than I care to admit and probably could contribute in some thoughtful capacity to this great bastion of true lovers of late night talk as it once existed.

Now I guess I just have subscribe to a satellite radio service which I belonged to long ago and that kinda pisses me off. I'd much rather listen to Art on my CCRadioplus, which I have to speak to Art about because the damn digital display has gone kattywampus and I can't read it for the life of me (Art, I hold you personally responsible for this since you pimped the damn things as the best invention since the invention of the wheel).

Sorry for the semi rambling/ranting intro.
