Actually, if they waived the 30 day breach of contract and extended it to 45 or whatever it was, then he's not in breach of contract. The NC clause is part of the contract. Why would that be separate?

I haven't heard Art's " replacement " ( as if anyone could replace the King of Late Night radio, except Larry King for other reasons ) but I can tell you one thing.
My podcasting and broadcasting and video/artwork skills would improve over time rather than deteriorate over years like certain google eyed radio talk show hosts we know and loathe.
And I wouldn't be talking about asteroids having brains, eating bees, angels or portals.
Unlike I was talking about baseball.

Oh, I went to the Apple store tonight. Apple upgraded their Garage Band software and even the Apple person couldn't find the podcast section on the new version.
I did a sample podcast on the version on my Imac but it came out all garbled on playback.
Almost what a typical $noory broadcast sounds like.
I would have gotten more help but my gf fell while she was in Barnes and Noble and I had to drive her home which is always a challenge. I have had my glasses break while driving and can see to drive home but ... one day I hope to be rich enough to have my windshield ground to my prescription, which can be done if you have the  $$$ .

And CNN reported about an hour ago that 100 have died in the Phillipines because of the typhoon. Glad Aeryn's ( sic ) family over there is ok. That's all she and Art would need right now to have that hanging over their heads.

Also Art, the recent revelation that you began complaining to SXM about their stream well before the six (seven?) week mark doesn't help your case much.  It is usually considered good form, at most places of employment, to let the ink dry on your contract before complaining about how the place is run.

Seeing as how so many bellgabbers seemed to get through to Art when he opened the lines, did this contribute to the frustration of not having a wider call in pool when he was taking calls? I could almost hear it in his voice after bellgabber #4 suddenly appears..  Did this contribute to his thinking the listener base was not nearly as large as expected because of all the dropouts?

Way back when he was a pioneer combining his show with his website.  Being in the spotlight requires fb, given some time, he'll master it.
