I didn't find any of it tiresome or boring.
If he doesn't post up the episode, PM me brig, I'll hook you up.

I was just thinking, maybe,  if bateman gets enough donations on his homepage today, maybe it will convince him that he should post his first DarkCityLive in his archive.  I mean, I dunno, but it might help  ;) ;D :-*

I think that's much more than fair ;) I don't remember any bamboo underwear ads, so perhaps a few people putting some money up would be the proper thing to do!  8)

It was fun talking with Steve last night. Finally got to watch that X-Files episode which is on Fox's website for the one other person out there who may have been clueless about the new series start, duh.  ;D

I know the lines will be busy for any future live shows. Steve makes it very easy to talk about virtually anything and keeps the conversation going so that you really feel as though you're having a one on one conversation, and not broadcasting to god knows how many people. It was a great show and a lot of fun. Despite laying low around here over the Bell drama, I didn't mind talking about it when the subject came up. It was the proverbial elephant in the room and should have been discussed, in my opinion. At any rate, the show moved into a lot of interesting directions, including that great Jackie Gleason-Richard Nixon story. Personally, I think the tabloids, who have never been known for the unvarnished truth, embellished the alien description with pulp fiction cover aliens of that era.

I hope this is the beginning of more live shows to come. Great start, Steve!

I really enjoy Dark City and listen when I can. I missed the show last night so I'm hoping it will be posted in archives on the DC site?

Steve Warner? Opium addiction?  Which High school?  I don't believe you.

Maybe it was Opie and Anthony...but it could have been opium. I guess we'll have to hear the archive to be sure.

Ciardelo

I thought Warner's denial of never getting onto Stern's stripper pole to be weak...true fact from the show.

I guess everybody should hear it for themselves.

Denial of never - does that mean he admitted it?

I'm not sure, it was a denial of sorts...maybe we'll need to call in I think. Totally my own idea.

Good Morning Bateman, Popple, bellgabbers and DarkCity fans!  As much as I love DarkCity, I love DarkCity Live even MORE!!  You know I'm going to say that I would love another DarkDity Live tonight after the next episode of XFiles tonight!!!!
Goooood morning Briggy! I loved it as well. Steve had great energy & another show would be fun! Lots of people missed the first one so it would give them another chance.

Nixon took Gleason to the body of a stone cold dead alien.
It got me thinkin last night. About the colour of the skin. Maybe the unique purple colour was from a chemical reaction during the preservation method?  ???

Yes I steer clear of politics but even when he talked about that, he kept me listening because of his knowledge and flow when he talks.  He made even politics interesting.
I agree. Steve has great flow  8)

IF he does another live show tonight he should do a live advertisement.

Yeah, for an impromptu test show Bateman did a great job with the flow and pacing and moving from subject to subject. This show is going to be knock out with live guests.

Heck yeah. Did you hear the Jim Marrs interview back in December? A steady stream of live shows with guests will rock. He'll get more callers during open lines once he does a few consistent live shows with guests. Also, he can snag advertisers and subscription funds.

:::perk::: Another live show tonight? As in tonight like Jan 25th night? That would be swell.  :D

If there's something wrong
With your late night shows
Who you gonna call?
BATEMAN!

If there's nothin to hear
And it don't sound good

So what I'm getting from all this is that people want the live show posted and that I was an opium addict in high school. It's true, I'm the one on the right:
