Art's a great broadcaster (at least he used to be), but his books are terrible.  It's like there was no co-operation between him and his ghostwriter, and no editor involved anywhere along the line.  Seriously.  They are close to being unreadable.  Right up there with Worker in the Light.

There is some sort of cosmic justice going on where Art gets off on putting BellGab up to harassing Richard's show, yet he's the one driven off the air. When Team Noory threaten legal action about what's been said on this forum, Art claims "public person, deal with it sucka" yet bring up anything uncomfortable for him and he flips out. The man has too much time on his hands.

I'm sure it's referred to in the thread, and if you have subscribed you can find the back catalogue of broadcast, unless it's been edited out. But it did happen; I heard some of it when it went out, and it was pretty stupid stuff.

Haven't posted I awhile. Had a  day before X-mas Eve  trip to the hospital for emergency surgery.
Been on Vicodin the last few days due to pain. Couldn't sit at my computer, but had my little Android tablet to pass the time
and follow the forum. I hope Art comes back, but right now I'm not a Time Traveler. I was for Art and Richard.
It's nice him trying to promote Heather, but I was paying cover charge for the main entertainers.
It's like you go into the club expecting to see Annie Cruz and Sasha Grey on stage , and now it's  Amish girls in ankle length
dresses dancing to Mozart!

Contrary to what some of you seem to think, I am not an attorney.  Thus, I am not in a position to determine what constitutes libel and what doesn't.  That's what courts are for.  Be advised:


1)  While forums are not responsible for the words contained in user posts, just as ISPs are not responsible, you are responsible for the words contained in your posts.  There is plenty of legal precedent establishing this, and I invite everyone to do a cursory Google search on the subject. 


2)  Every IP address you've used to access this forum is logged.  If a judge agrees you've said something potentially libelous, the court could compel BellGab.com to provide a log of your IP address history.  This would effectively identify you, in most cases.  BellGab.com will comply with any court order.


This post is not intended to single out any particular user.  It's just something I think everyone needs to be aware of when posting.
