A few points if anyone saw the interview with the judge and defense lawyer for John Wayne Gacy and his co writer/researcher for the book they both are promoting.

After the judge told him that Gacy wanted to get caught and was doing things in front of the police so that they'd notice him, George asks about a half hour later why did Gacy decide to turn himself in and quit murdering. The judge had to remind George that's what he said earlier. Another question, George asks if Gacy was murdering people when he was married, a question that the judge covered already and would've been easily available if George had done the slightest amount of research. Yet another dumb question George asks the judge is "how many people do you think are out there that are serial killers?" Even if this question is rhetorical, why the hell would George ask it expecting that the judge would know the latest statistics on murder and that this question completely deviates from the discussion at hand. Then when he got to a break talking about Gacy's interactions with his victims, George comes back and asks a question from his list that doesn't continue that thread but starts a completely new one without completing the old thread. Absolutely no continuity.

Good thread. I did hear this interview, and I'm one who loves legal stuff (movies, television, radio, etc...). George mucked it up as usual. I think those questions about "how many serial killers do ya think are out there?" was a way to, as usual, SCARE THE AUDIENCE.

George Noory asked some stupid question at the start, the one he always does: How did you get involved in this trial? LOL The judge responded with "it's in the first couple of pages. you should know George if you read the book." George got so angry. He said "It's better if you say it." LMAO. George can't introduce a guest worth a Mozambique penny. Ian is much better at getting over the background stuff and letting the guests shine. George Noory is LAZY! Not a good host at all. He makes the guests do all the work.

Just a total imbecile. Nobody is asking him to be an expert criminologist, just have SOME FUCKING CLUE about the subject you're tackling. What's more egregious is that the Gacy case is quite infamous, we're not talking about some obscure character here...

And since dumbass doesn't read, there's two Gacy movies out there, the better of the two with Brian Dennehy from 1992, and being that George is such a "film buff", you'd think he'd be familiar with them.

He was a great guest. I like George, but as usual he seemed to be distracted throughout the show. I always took it as him not being good at multitasking and likely browsing over a list of bullet points, not necessarily keeping track of what he asked and didn't ask lol.

But a great guest and interesting topic.

I'd love to hear this show. What day was it broadcast?

Thanks
