This is fascinating (to me). I wish there were a way to slow it down a bit, though.

That's amazing. Thanks for posting.

Jameson Irish Whiskey isn`t bad. I thought it would be more robust, but it has a nice subtle sweetness with a bit of a butter tone. It finishes well with honey and spice.

I actually didn't believe that was real until I saw the Airbnb response. Just wow.

I need to move to NY.  Y'all know how to have a party.  But apparently some are dumb enough to give someone complete access to your crib.

My goodness, I love this photo. I want to Andy Warhol it or Peter Max it or something...its just so funny.

It was an 'overweight' orgy according to the article.   ???  Must have been a real eye-full.

Watch it Redacted, b_dubb hates this kind of joke.

I love the late 90's internet.   It was like one big party:

Not sure I believe that. If it is true, that "case worker" should be dealt with appropriately. Unless a client has significant cognitive or physical impairments, all activities of daily living should be done by the client. And even with impairments a client should be supported in doing as much for themselves as possible. And I am sure that no matter what state, that is policy.

I have seen nursing aides get caught up in that kind of behavior out of the belief they are helping... in the over all they aren't.

But that isn't what assistance is for and it isn't covered by medicaid. If that time is reported accurately it won't be covered. If it isn't documented it isn't covered either.

Going through this with an elderly relative right now. The occupational therapist and  physical therapist are all about getting the patient to do as much himself as possible, and God knows we try, but we/they mostly end up butting heads with the legendary old-person stubbornness. Can't let the guy starve.

This is always a tough one for me. I am in favor of a patient's autonomy. Especially in the senior years. Ethically it poses several problems; without even considering family members.

Starvation is difficult for several reasons. Primarily patients that are physically compromised need food to sustain and improve health. Metabolism in the elderly is problematic to begin with, taking away nutrients compounds that problem exponentially. And starvation is a miserable ending to one's life and those watching will be emotionally burdened as well.

When people use the expression "long of the short" to indicate they're abbreviating a longer story or anecdote, don't they really mean "short of the long"?

I'm not spending over 13 minutes listening to Casio.

If you want an analysis... here it is. You are a fairly intelligent guy with a penchant to blame all that is wrong on things outside of yourself. You like easy answers to complex questions. If there isn't a direct logical line from A to B then obviously someone made a mistake.

It's one thing to laugh at a fool. It is something a bit more malevolent to continue observing the fool in hopes of another good laugh.

There are times I laugh, but I'm not laughing here.  You really should listen to at least that one video.  I think you'd find it fascinating.

Anyone wanting to understand more about Casio should listen to all 5 of these videos (asbergers + 4 hair videos)

Sorry if I mistook your post as a taunt. It is early and my defensive paranoia is still setting in the living room of my brain.
