No time stamp.  Jim Sanders addressed that point earlier on by saying cameras in those days didn't have the time stamp tech.

Was the explanation that they edited it out because the person was filming in the wrong direction?  That's sort of what I understood, but I got distracted when he started explaining that he didn't have the original video.

Me thinks this guy Sanders is a bit obsessed,  like he has an ax to grind. That tape was sent to him by the FBI to make him look silly because it is a rocket launch.They will let him spread this around then come out and discredit him.
